Shift into Higher Consciousness

KNOW THAT EVERY CONSCIOUS BEING
ON AND WITHIN MOTHER EARTH,
INCLUDING MOTHER EARTH, HAS CREATED ~
THIS AWAKENING,
THIS SHIFT INTO A HIGHER CONSCIOUSNESS
WHERE THE OLD WAYS CAN NO LONGER EXIST

Be aware that you as a spiritual being
helped create the conditions that are resulting
in a change into a higher consciousness
and faster vibration of our whole world.
Like most changes,
many feel like they are being forced upon us
before we are ready or motivated to change.
This is no different.
Take responsibility,.... smile and flow with these changes.
Our third DNA strand is now forming in most of us
and the veil between conscious awareness levels
is dissolving.
Many things that you could once eat and drink
will no longer feel or taste good to you.
As every cell in your body changes,
there may be unusual aches and pains.
Old habits and attitudes that don't fit in this new vibration
must drop away or they will be ripped away
from those who will ascend.
Love is the only thing that will remain.
Anything that is not of love will pass away
or shift into another space and time
where that soul will continue its third dimensional lessons.

OPEN YOUR HEART TO THE BEST OF YOUR ABILITY
AND, WITH INTENT, KEEP IT OPEN

Practice opening your heart with children,
plants and animals, then graduate to adults.
Do this until you finally feel that your heart is fully open
Fear, anger, intimidation and many other feelings
will occasionally close your heart again.
Be aware of this and open it up in a loving and trusting way
as soon as you feel comfortable doing so.

LEARN TO TRUST YOUR GUT FEELINGS
YOUR INNER KNOWINGNESS,
FOR IT WILL SAVE YOU
WHEN OTHERS ARE LED ASTRAY

This must become as easy as breathing.
The age of innocence is over.
Self-responsibility is an absolute necessity
Practice by asking where the best parking place
is then add things every day until you are guided 24/7
by your inner knowingness.

SHOW GRATITUDE AND BLESS
YOUR FOOD AND WATER
WITH THE INTENT THAT IT WILL ALWAYS HEAL
AND NOURISH YOU
NEVER HARM YOU

It is always important to express gratitude
to everything and everyone for everything.
Water is conscious and until the time that Mother Earth
is completely healed again,
blessing all that you eat and drink
with the intent that it will never harm you
and that your body will benefit from it
in some way may save your life.
I hold my hands over the food and/or water
then say the following statement:
"I thank all who were a part of bringing
this wonderful meal to me
and I now bring it to our
(all of my cells and me as soul) vibration."
Anything that is of your vibration cannot hurt you.

WORK TO HEAL MOTHER EARTH
FIRST THE WATER AND AIR,
THEN THE REST OF HER BODY

Water is conscious and our bodies are 78% water
. Speak to all water and bless it.
Say, "Good life."
Ask it what you can do to help all waters heal.
Bless every breath you take
- automatically of course, with your intent -
and actively daydream of a time
when Mother Earth is totally healed again.

DEEP BREATHE OFTEN,
ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU FEEL UNBALANCED
OR IN FEAR. REMEMBER,
FEAR IS FALSE EVIDENCE APPEARING REAL
With so many changes happening
it will be easy to fall into fear
and become spiritually unbalanced.
A great technique is to control your breathing
by counting to five while inhaling,
holding that breath for the same count of five,
exhaling for a count of five,
then holding that exhale for five.
When the five count becomes easy and relaxed,
change to a six count, then seven and so on
until you reach a ten count for each stage.
This will also help you get to sleep easier
and to relax to a meditative state without much mind activity.

When Pigs Fly

If you are one of the wise people who realize the current bird - pig hybrid flu pandemic is just about greed and fear mongering you will not be taking the flu vaccine - which already happens to be so widely available even though the pandemic just struck - you will probably be searching for alternative precautions for you and your family, here are some ideas a friend from Mexico says people are using down there:

Cinnamon : http://www.unobserver.com/index.php?pagina=layout4.php&id=5884&blz=1

Colloidal silver in the drinking water: http://www.geocities.com/compu_dr/cinco/more.htm#Microdyn%20english

Aside from that stay on top of your daily routine, drink lots of fresh water and eat healthy foods, do not run yourself down causing your immune system to lower.

How to Tell if You are Eating GENETICLLY MODIFED FOOD

The little stickers on fruits and veggies have digits that let you know whether they’re conventionally grown or organic, and if they’re genetically modified (GM).

GM foods have been in stores only since the 1990s, so we don’t know the long-term health risks, and in a 1998 EPA sampling, 29% of the foods tested contained detectable pesticides.

Scientists are concerned that GMOs will reduce biodiversity.

People all over the world agree that the range of possible flavors is greater when we just let Mother Nature do her thing.

Here’s what to look for.
Look for the labels stuck on your fruits and veggies:

A five-digit number beginning with 9 means it’s organic.

A five-digit number beginning with 8 means it’s GM.

Dr.
Wegmann's Thoughts:

Genetically modified (GM) foods are food items that have had their DNA changed through genetic engineering. What this does is creates a food that is better suited to withstand environmental forces such as drought and bugs. The fact is if you've had a loaf of store bought bread or cereal, the likelihood that you've consume GM food is great. Unlike conventional genetic modification that is carried out through conventional breeding and that have been consumed for thousands of years, GM foods were first put on the market in the early 1990s. The most common modified foods are derived from plants: soybean, corn, canola, and cotton seed oil. Here is how some of these foods become GM. Let's take soybeans, my father-in-law is a large scale farmer in Iowa. The corn and beans he purchases have been soaked in RoundUp. RoundUp is a commercial weed killer. Now as the weeds grow they spray the entire field with RoundUp and the crop does not die only the weeds. The farmers know this is a problem. But here's the catch, you cannot buy any other kind of beans or corn. You have to plant GM crops. The issue lies in a problem called Gene Transfer. This happens when genetic material from the crop can be found in the human. Human's Risk Currently there are only a few dozen peer reviewed studies completed on the health effects of genetically modified foods. The results of many of these studies strongly challenges the industry and government standard of substantial equivalence. Gene Transfer: As of January 2009 there has only been one human feeding study conducted on genetically modified foods. The study involved seven human volunteers who had their small intestines removed. These volunteers were to eat GM Soy to see if the DNA of the GM soy transferred to the human gut bacteria. Researchers identified that three of the seven volunteers had transgenes from GM soy transferred into their gut bacteria. "This transgene was stable inside the bacteria and appeared to produce herbicide-tolerant protein... In the only human feeding study ever conducted on GM crops, long standing assumptions that genes would not transfer to human gut bacteria were overturned. The findings should prompt immediate comprehensive follow-up tests to determine the implications for health among both the general population and at-risk groups. GM food cannot be a smart sustainable way to handle our food supply. Food cannot altered and expected to not cause side effects. Be smart, read labels, and eat and buy local.

Vegetarians Make Better Lovers

Facts for Men: Meat-Eating Causes Impotence

Medical evidence indicates that meat-eating does indeed cause impotence, because meat clogs up the arteries going to all organs, not just to the heart. Meat-eating is also linked to numerous other health problems, including heart disease, cancer, and stroke.

Many healthy vegan foods are loaded with natural aphrodisiacs—nutrients and chemicals that boost your and your partner's sexual arousal and performance. Research has shown that vegetarians enjoy greater amounts of the nutrients that help boost sexual health and performance—such as vitamins A, C, and E and potassium—than meat-eaters do.

*On a side note; a beautiful source brought to my attention that eating pineapple and eliminating meat will leave men tasting better to their lover, which is a win win situation if you get my drift.

Want A Healthy Prostate?

A vegan diet can lower the risk of developing prostate cancer, say researchers. They have found that men who eat a vegan diet have lower levels of a growth factor that is associated with prostate cancer than either meat-eaters or vegetarians.

Men who ate four daily servings of vegetables were 35 percent less likely to develop prostate cancer than those who ate only two servings a day. But the guys who included veggies from the cabbage family like broccoli, Brussels sprouts and kale just three times per week had an even greater benefit: They were 41 percent less likely to develop prostate cancer than those who only ate one serving a week. Researchers speculate that to digest these vegetables the body needs to produce an enzyme that also happens to fight cancer-causing compounds.

Vegan Aphrodisiacs

Try serving your lover these scrumptious vegan aphrodisiacs to help put both of you in the mood:

* Asparagus:Asparagus is high in vitamin E, which increases blood and oxygen flow to the genitals, and potassium, which is important for healthy sex hormone production, making this veggie a well-known aphrodisiac. Its suggestive phallic shape makes it as enticing to the eye as it is to the mouth. To get the best effect, eat this delicious and healthy vegetable at least three days in a row.

* Bananas: A fruit with a sexy shape, bananas are said to contain chemicals that can lift your mood and make you more confident. Bananas are also famously high in potassium, a nutrient that aids in sex hormone production and boosts energy.

* Berries: The perfect foods to feed your lover, strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries are high in vitamin C, which is important for making sex hormones and neurotransmitters

* Carrots: Carrots are bursting with vitamin A, a nutrient needed for producing sex hormones. For guys, vitamin A is vital for sperm production.

* Chili Peppers: These sizzling veggies will spice up your meal and your evening! Adding chili peppers to your dishes gets your heart pumping and produces neurochemicals known as endorphins, which make you happier.

* Chocolate: Nothing shows your love—or your compassion—better than a box of vegan chocolates for your sweetheart. Chocolate contains the chemical phenylethylamine, which is believed to stimulate romantic feelings by making you happy and excited. Its natural caffeine provides an added boost by giving you more energy.

* Ginger: Seasoning your meals with ginger will enhance blood flow to all parts of your body as long as your arteries aren't clogged up from eating the cholesterol and saturated fat in meat, eggs, and dairy products.

* Licorice: A fun food to hand-feed your lover, researchers have found that the smell of licorice mixed with cucumber is the most sexually stimulating scent for women. Licorice is widely believed to produce feelings of love and lust—particularly in women.

* Nuts: Men should eat cashews, pecans, almonds, walnuts, and other nuts to take in a healthy amount of zinc, which keeps men potent and prevents prostate problems. Nuts are also high in protein, which gives you the energy to keep you going throughout the day—and night.

* Pumpkin: Neurological research has shown that the scent of pumpkin pie is a sexual stimulant for both men and women, increasing male penile blood flow by 40 percent. Pumpkin seeds are one of the best vegan sources of zinc, which for men is crucial for potency and in preventing prostate problems.

* Soy: Soy isn't just protein-packed and amazingly versatile—it's also great for the sex lives of both guys and gals. For women, soy's natural nutrients have been linked to less PMS and better lubrication . The benefits for guys are even better—soy has been found to lower men's chances for developing cancer of the prostate (a vital gland for keeping everything pumping in the bedroom). Researchers at Kansas State University found that soy protein was just as good as beef for guys trying to gain muscle mass. But quite unlike cow flesh, tofu and veggie burgers have zero cholesterol and almost no saturated fat, substances that lead to heart disease, impotence, and other not-so-sexy stuff, like bad breath and body odor.

How To Eliminate MSG, Aspartame And Other Excitotoxins From Your Diet In Five Simple Steps

We've all heard about the health dangers of MSG (monosodium glutamate), aspartame and other chemical food additives -- including the well known fact that these ingredients cause migraine headaches, nerve system damage and appetite regulation problems leading to uncontrollable overeating and obesity. But how do we actually remove these toxic ingredients from our diets?

In this Five Step Solution™ by Mike Adams, author of the book, "Grocery Warning," you'll learn the five simple steps for removing MSG, aspartame and other related excitotoxins from your diet for good!

Read food labels at the grocery store

The first step is also the most obvious, but there's a trick to doing this successfully. You not only need to carefully read the ingredients for all the foods you purchase, you also have to know what to look for on those labels.

Food companies, you see, use deceptive terminology to hide MSG on food labels. So in addition to watching out for terms like monosodium glutamate and aspartame, you also need to watch out for these additional hidden sources of MSG:

Yeast extract
Torula yeast
Autolyzed vegetable protein
Hydrolyzed vegetable protein

Food companies can even hide MSG in the generic ingredient, "spices."

Watch out for health claims on food labels, too, since they can be deceiving. Some companies claim their foods are "100% Natural" on the label, even while using yeast extract. This is especially true for many vegetarian food products, including veggie burgers and meat alternatives.

Make sure your food items are completely free of MSG, yeast extract and other chemical additives before buying and eating them.

Next: Learn the hidden sources of MSG at the grocery store....

Watch out for MSG in spices, mixes, sauces, soups, chips and dips

MSG and yeast extract are so prominent in the food supply that they end up in products you might never suspect. Many spices, for example, contain added MSG to "spice up" their flavor, so be sure to read the ingredients on all spices and spice mixes before purchasing them.

MSG is also commonly found in all types of powdered mixes, including sauce mixes, dip mixes, flavor packets and gravy mixes. Any food that contains a flavor powder should be suspect. Read the ingredients label to be sure!

Also watch out for MSG in canned soups (it's found in most of the popular brands), salad dressings and party dips. Be especially wary of "ranch" flavored anything. Virtually all flavored snack chips also contain high levels of MSG or yeast extract.

Next: Watch out for hidden sources of aspartame...

Check for aspartame in sugar-free products, vitamins and pharmaceuticals

Aspartame isn't only used in diet soda, it's also used throughout thousands of "sugar-free" foods, candies and snacks. If you are considering purchasing anything that claims to be "sugar free" on the label, read the ingredients carefully and watch out for chemical sweeteners like aspartame, saccharin or sucralose.

Here's another fact you might have never suspected: Aspartame is also used throughout children's vitamins, cough syrups and medications in order to give them a sweeter taste. Read labels carefully, and avoid any nutritional or medicinal products that contain aspartame.

You'll also find aspartame hidden in many "diet" products, including diet ice cream. When you see any product that claims to be a "diet" product, you should immediately ask yourself, "What is it sweetened with?" The only sweeteners I currently recommend are stevia (a natural herbal sweetener) and agave nectar (a low-glycemic sweetener made from agave plants). Honey and fructose are second choices. Sugar and chemical sweeteners like aspartame should always be avoided for health reasons.

Next: Watch out for MSG while eating at restaurants...

Be careful eating at restaurants

Unfortunately, many popular restaurants use MSG in their sauces and soups. This is true for virtually all family restaurants, including those breakfast joints that serve huge portions at very low cost. One way restaurants serve up so much food at so little cost is to use canned mixes for their sauces, soups and gravies. MSG is a key ingredient that adds the perception of flavor to these "dead" foods, making them appear to taste alive when they aren't.

The key question to ask your waiter is, "Is this item made entirely from scratch with fresh ingredients, or is it prepared from a pre-made mix?" If it's not made entirely from scratch, then it most likely contains MSG. If in doubt, ask to see the ingredients on the can from which the food was made. Most restaurants will be happy to check the ingredients for you if you insist that you're allergic to MSG and its derivatives. (Waiters and waitresses do not want any customer to experience an allergic reaction at their table!)

Higher-end restaurants, bistros and cafes will usually make their own soups and sauces from scratch. One way to tell is that quality soups and sauces don't taste salty. Low-end restaurants, on the other hand, load up their dead foods with salt and MSG to make them taste like something other than dirt. So if you taste a high level of salt, it's accurate to assume the food also contains MSG.

Next: How to motivate yourself to continue avoiding MSG and aspartame...

Remind yourself of excitotoxin health risks by staying informed

Vegan diet and yoga fight cancer‏

By Roger Highfield, Science Editor

The Telegraph - 16/06/2008

A vegan low fat diet combined with yoga and exercise can help fight prostate cancer, new findings show

Researchers found that combining a diet low in fat and rich in fruit and vegetables with regular moderate exercise seems to switch on genes that fight disease, while effectively turning off others that can promote cancer

The evidence that genes are not your fate, undermining what the authors call "genetic nihilism," comes from a study of men with early stage prostate cancer but could be of relevance to a wide range of cancers, such as breast cancer

This is accoring to Dr Dean Ornish, founder and president of the non-profit Preventive Medicine Research Institute and clinical professor of medicine at the University of California, San Francisco

Inspired by studies that show prostate cancer is rarer in parts of the world where people eat a predominantly low-fat plant-based diet, he devised a vegan diet for patients, along with exercise, and a resulting "striking" effect on the way genes are used in the body is reported in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences by Prof Ornish, working with Dr Christopher Haqq and Prof Peter Carroll

An earlier randomised control study by his team on 93 men with early stage prostate cancer who make intensive changes in diet and lifestyle showed it may stop or perhaps even reverse the progression of their illness

The new pilot study shows, for the first time, that men with low-risk prostate cancer who made improvements in fitness, stress management and nutrition - one linked with benefits when it comes to other diseases too - altered the use of genes that have a role in tumour progression

The team studied gene expression - use - in biopsies taken with a needle from 30 men who were diagnosed with low risk prostate cancer and who had decided not to undergo conventional treatment for reasons unrelated to the study…The researchers studied the genes again three months later, after participants had made significant, prescribed lifestyle changes

The use of over 500 genes was beneficially affected in normal tissues, so they believe the benefits could apply to women as well.. Around 50 disease preventing genes were upregulated, or turned on, and certain disease-promoting genes, including genes involved in prostate cancer and breast cancer, were downregulated, or turned off

"It is striking there are so many changes, and to such a degree," said Dr Haqq, adding that the effects on cholesterol were comparable to those achieved with a drug

The findings complement earlier work that showed that, after a year PSA levels (a protein linked with prostate cancer) decreased in men in the group who made comprehensive lifestyle changes but increased in the comparison group

There was a direct correlation between the degree of lifestyle change and the changes in PSA

Also, they found that blood serum from the participants inhibited prostate tumour growth in the test tube by 70 per cent in the lifestyle-change group but only nine per cent in the comparison group.. Again, there was a direct correlation between the degree of lifestyle change and the inhibition of prostate tumour growth

Understanding the mechanisms of how comprehensive lifestyle changes alter the ways genes are used may strengthen efforts to develop effective prevention and treatment strategies for prostate cancer, they conclude, adding that bigger studies are now needed

Ed Yong, health information manager at Cancer Research UK, said: "People often think that their odds of getting cancer are written in their genes.. But studies like this suggest that changing your lifestyle can change the activity of your genes, and that nature can be changed by nurture"

"This study tells us that men with low-risk prostate cancers can change the levels of certain genes that are relevant to cancer by making positive lifestyle changes, like keeping active, eating a healthy, balanced diet and managing their stress levels

"These steps helped to turn on some cancer-preventing genes and turn off other cancer-promoting ones.. But, importantly, the study hasn't yet shown whether these genetic changes will actually stop their tumours from developing further, and it will be interesting to see if they do

"Long term, it will also be interesting to see if combining specific lifestyle advice with the emerging knowledge of the genetic variations that affect a man's risk, will allow doctors to give tailored advice to men at highest risk, allowing them to minimise their chances of developing prostate cancer"

Prof Ornish believes "an ounce of prevention really is worth a pound of cure" and has found that two principles help: the first is to make small, incremental changes such as walking 2,000 steps more per day and to consume 100 calories less per day.. Over time, these small changes add up and make a meaningful difference

A second approach is to motivate people to make more intensive changes in diet and lifestyle.. Paradoxically, some people find it easier to make big changes than small ones because when they make comprehensive changes in diet and lifestyle, they often feel so much better, so quickly, that it "reframes the reason for making these changes from fear of dying to joy of living"

Healthy diet and lifestyle

A vegan diet consisting primarily of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and legumes supplemented with soy, vitamins and minerals…Low fat regime with only 10 per cent of calories from fat, and low refined flour and sugar

Moderate aerobic exercise, such as walking for half an hour a day, an hour a day of yoga/meditation, and a once weekly support group sessions

However, when it comes to prostate cancer the largest study of its kind to investigate the role of diet (European Prospective Investigation into Cancer and Nutrition) found no effect of fruit and vegetables, or dietary fat

Unhealthy diet and lifestyle

High red meat, low fruit and vegetables; high saturated fat, salt and dairy; and sedentary lifestyle.. However, Prof Orinish and his team stress that individual's fat intake (and other lifestyle factors) varies based upon his/her personal health

"For example, an individual in good health might have different nutritional plans (including fat intake) and exercise and stress management versus an individual who is fighting a specific disease"
