The Universal Music System (patent pending)










Our minds develop from the information we gain through our senses. Since our sense use the natural language, then the development of our mind is dependent upon the natural language. Our perception and interpretation of all things is based on the natural language. The goal of metaphysics is to knowledgeably unify the developments in our mind, with the natural structures of our senses, and the natural structures found in the physical universe. We then have a clear path to follow. If we want to truly understand these connections we will need to do more than simply think about the relationships - we will need to experience them. This is where music metaphysics shines. The study of the metaphysics of music allows the individual to physically experience the natural structures of the natural language and gain new insights and meaning.
The most fundamental element of music metaphysics is its language. The proper music language must perfectly describe the natural language found in our senses and in our sensory developed minds. It must be properly tuned to the natural structures upon which the material and spiritual world are formed. If the language is not so tuned, the metaphysic experience will be greatly diminished for, although we may be able to appreciate music, we will not be able to understand it, and we will not be able to receive the full mind, body, spirit effect.
The first step in developing the natural music language is to understand that music is a system of sound frequencies which are fundamentally described by numbers. If we hit a piano key, the key moves a lever which hits a string inside the piano. The string vibrates at a fundamental frequency we might arbitrarily call 1. As it naturally vibrates it naturally produces a frequency we would then call 2. If the first note we played was called ‘C’, then the frequency we called 2 will also be called ‘C’. This is a first principle of the music language called identity. Each multiple of 2 is recognized as an identity of the fundamental 1. So, in order to properly identify this property of identity, we form a musical staff and a keyboard that reflects this property of identity. On the staff we mark octaves as octave 1, octave 2, 3, 4, 5, and so on. Next to the octave number, we can place a design with a short line running through it to identify an octave note. Since we perceive each octave as a perceptually equal step, then we separate the octaves by visually equal amounts.
The next step is to identify the natural musical tones. It turns out that the natural language defines unique musical tones by multiples of the number 3. If we begin with 1 and continue to multiply by 3’s we will generate 12 unique tones before we repeat the first tone at the 12th multiple of 3. Thus there are 12 fundamental tones.
How are we going to identify the 12 fundamental tones? We could identify them by number, but numbers easily get complex and unwieldy, and do not transmit as much information as we would like. We could identify them by their structural order, but what order? Since we are trying to come up with some visual means of identification, then the most fundamental and natural language device we could use will be the language of our sight. Our natural visual language is the language of color. The fundamental relationship between color and musical notes is the relationship between consecutive colors and multiples of 3.






In one single step, by using the 12 fundamental colors to represent the 12 fundamental musical notes and the 12 fundamental numbers, we can instantly imbue notes with their natural recognizable meaning. For example, if you see the note identifications A and E, can you naturally understand anything about them? But if you see the note yellow-orange and yellow, you instantly understand that they are closely related notes because they are also closely related colors. In the same way, if you see the notes yellow and violet, you will instantly recognize that they are distantly related colors. And this is just the beginning. With just a little more knowledge of color and color relationships, the entire system of music opens up to us like a blooming flower. We call this opening vision a crystalization because the natural structures of the universe crystalize to perfection before our very eyes.
The next step is to understand the natural harmonic development of color. Clearly frequencies or numbers do not develop simply by multiples of 3. In other words, before we count the numbers 1, 3, 9, 27, 81, ...., we count the numbers 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, .... It turns out that the natural harmonic pattern of color, called the chromatic color circle, is a series of alternating colors.
In the chromatic color pattern, consecutive notes are distantly related. What is then needed is some kind of visual pattern that identifies this distant relationship. The most fundamental visual definition of opposites is black and white. Therefore, we will identify consecutive chromatic colors by a black and white grid pattern. Of course octaves still need to be identified so one of the black segments is converted to gray.

Using the black and white pattern, it is now possible to design a notation grid that perfectly corresponds to the natural chromatic pattern. Each of the 12 fundamental chromatic notes has a uniquely placed white space or black line. The reference octave note has a short line through it to emulate the gray grid position. Each of the 12 fundamental chromatic notes has a unique color to properly identify it.



Because of the perfect correspondence between the keyboard, the musical staff, and the natural language, the keyboard and staff system are the perfect system to learn about music metaphysics, or about music generally. Although we will not go into details here, we can discuss some of the general principles of this natural system and its implications.
One of the most fundamental applications of color is musical key. Natural groupings of consecutive colors form natural groupings of musical notes into keys. This property allows the metaphysical student access to much greater insight into the structure and relationships of musical key (see essay on musical key). Although not historically understood, it is the properties of color that composers use to create music. Simply put, the more we understand color, the more we understand music structures and by extension the natural language.
The black and white grid pattern is all about symmetry. Unlike traditional music systems, in this natural system a musical key will have the same pattern no matter which note it starts with. For example, the major musical scale will always be either 3 black keys followed by 4 white keys, or 3 white keys followed by 4 black keys (the gray key is associated with the black keys). Once you have this pattern it is a simple process to run the pattern through the many inversions and mirror images that naturally occur within the natural language and within our physical and spiritual self (see the scale ring below).
Finally, the system design incorporates principles of energy flow which we call color current or music current. Well designed musical compositions have intuitively applied cycles of current which we can easily feel as energy flowing through our bodies. The natural music system incorporates the natural energy flow within its design so that it becomes much easier to understand and knowledgeably use.
When all of these principles and many more, discovered by studying music metaphysics, are incorporated into our lives, we enter a level of understanding and experience that far surpasses what has previously been available to us. The study of music metaphysics is literally the key to unlocking the secrets of the universe.

Musical Key

The use of the word key is not arbitrary. Key means a device that unlocks secrets or makes the inaccessible become accessible. Musical key is the highest level of natural language organization and, when understood, gives the greatest insight into how and why the universe works so perfectly.
One of the most profound uses of musical key is to describe and mark the passing of time. Musical keys and colors were used prominently in ancient cultures for the ritual of timekeeping. It gave individuals the ability to feel and understand the natural differences between hours, days, months, seasons and years.
But time keeping is only the tip of the iceberg. The natural rhythms of time really describe the natural vibrations of our solar system, our planet, our society, our family, and ourselves. They define the very nature of the astrological signs and their meaning and system of relationships. The system of musical notes and musical keys helps us understand these natural rhythms and their system of relationships.
The simplest explanation of musical key comes from the color circle. Any circle is a wave, and with any wave, we can only perceive half of the wave at any given time. Otherwise we experience a phenomenon called destructive interference. When we consider half of a 12 tone color circle, we find that it is composed of 7 consecutive colortones which form the tones of the fundamental musical keys. For example, the key of E Major contains the scale A, E, B, F sharp, C sharp, G sharp, and D sharp.



Some examples of the historical and natural use of the 7 key tones are the formation of the 7 day week, and the use of the musical scale ring composed of 4 keys or 28 days to mark the woman’s menstrual cycle and the orbital period of the moon (272 days). At an advanced level, each 28 day cycle represents one color, and in a years time, 13 such cycles occur which means that each new year begins with a new color, and after 12 years, the color cycle repeats.
Musical key and its properties affect relationships. If you are born in a yellow month, you will have particular relationships with individuals in other months as defined by the harmonic key system. The greater knowledge one has of this key system, the more capable they will be at bridging the natural gaps between themselves and other individuals. And, in a general way, the more capable they will be at experiencing the fullness of each month and season.
In ancient times the study of musical keys was paramount. Entire societies would tie themselves to a specific tone and the specific organization of keys emanating from that tone. Thus everyone in the society would be in tune with the fundamental societal vibration. And, of course, the societal vibration would be in tune with their place in the material and spiritual universe.

The scale ring

One of the fundamental organizations of music takes place in the alpha wave, a foundation structure in the building of the material universe. Within the alpha wave, several groupings of four keys exist which we call scale rings. The purpose of the scale ring is to provide a path for energy to flow in and between the four sections of the alpha wave. In general, according to ancient sources, the scale ring property is meant to define the life cycle (birth, living, dying, and death), the daily cycle (morning, afternoon, evening, and night), and the seasons of the year (spring, summer, fall, and winter). In the menstrual cycle, it represents the birth of the egg, the life of the egg, the dying of the egg, and the death/disposal of the egg.
The primary scale ring is composed of an overtone major scale, an overtone minor scale, an undertone major scale, and an undertone minor scale, each composed of the same set of 7 notes, arranged in different order. For example, if the C overtone Major key is defined as the birth, then the A overtone Minor key is defined as the living, the E undertone Major key is defined as the dying, and the G undertone Minor key is defined as the death. So that you can understand the nature of the life cycle bound in this grouping of keys, we have transformed the song “Good Morning Merry Sunshine” into the four keys of the scale ring. The song begins in the key of C overtone Major, cycles through the four keys, and then ends by returning to the key of C overtone Major. What you should be listening for are not only the changes between consecutive keys, but between the first two overtone keys, compared to the second two undertone keys, and the perceived tension of the fourth key (the death key).



The Unification Key

In ancient China, a foundation tone was established to represent the vibration of the entire nation. This tone, referred to as the huang chung (literally translated as ‘yellow bell’), was considered to be the audible vibration of the cosmic energy, matter, and spirit. The vibration of the yellow bell was the foundation of Chinese music and was used to create resonance between individuals and the cosmos in a variety of ways. It is not known how the sound frequency of the yellow bell was determined but what is important is the measurable effect which it created for individuals within Chinese society. These effects are easily obtainable today through an understanding of the natural language and its application in music. For example, everyone has a specific vibration and color by which they are defined. Through music metaphysics, an individual can create music in the form of songs or meaningful patterns which are in resonance with the individuals vibration and color. One such example is the ability to create a key of tones where every tone of the key is the same color and the tonic of the key corresponds to the individuals vibration.
The unification key is founded on a fundamental principle of the universe which we might easily describe by the terms male and female. From the very beginning, and throughout the long journey of creation, male and female principles are united to form stability and greater complexity. At our advanced level of creation, our physical, mental, and spiritual beings are also composed of male and female sides, and the unification key is one way to unite these two halves into a single perfect entity.
The principle of the unification key begins with the fact that there exists two sets of 12 colors, one being male, and the other female. If we begin with the female colors we can find the male colors by looking at the exact center between each of the 12 female colors. For example, the exact center between the female yellow and the female red-violet, is the male blue-green-blue. The color or tone range between tones such as C and C# is called the microtone range and represents the synthesis or union of the male and female colors.



The natural division of the microtone range is by 7 microcolor steps. This division clearly identifies one of the sexes and only indirectly identifies the opposite sex which means that it keeps the sexual identity intact while allowing the two systems
to interact or bond.




Using the seven step microcolor range between consecutive chromatic tones, a series of same color tones can be identified. Starting with the female E (yellow) tone, a total of seven yellow tones are identified before they repeat at the octave or replicate of the female E tone. These seven tones form the yellow microtone key or the yellow male:female key, or the yellow unification key.
The unification key allows us to transcend our normal patterns of operation as either male or female, and experience the unity of the universe. This is not an asexual experience but a true union of being that opens inner doors that might otherwise be difficult to find and pass through.
At a much deeper level, this key provides a means of following paths of energy that naturally transit back and forth between the male and female sides of the universe. The ancients described such motion as riding the light.

CHAKRA MEDITATION

THE SEVEN MAIN CHAKRAS AND THEIR PLACEMENT ALONG THE SPINE





Muladhara, or Root, Chakra.


This deep red chakra grounds and connects us to the earth. When our root chakra is open, we feel a sense of belonging. We deserve to be here and to be happy. This chakra focuses on our needs. Basic needs like food, shelter, and water are necessary in order for this chakra to feel balanced. Beyond that, we can use food (both “real” food and all of the things that feed us that don’t come on our plate) in our lives to help us feel more present in our bodies.

Earth, Physical identity, oriented to self-preservation
Located at the base of the spine, this Chakra forms our foundation. It represents the element earth, and is therefore related to our survival instincts, and to our sense of grounding and connection to our bodies and the physical plane.Ideally this Chakra brings us health, prosperity, security, and dynamic presence.


Stones: Ruby, Bloodstone, Hematite


Element: Earth


Body Part(s): Adrenal Glands, associated with survival (fight or flight) instincts

Svadhisthana, or Sacral, Chakra



This calming orange wheel goes round in our lower abdomen, right below the navel. This chakra is associated with health, pleasure, feelings, and sexuality. When the sacral chakra is balanced, we feel abundant, we know that we are deserving of pleasure in all areas of our lives. It is this chakra that helps us feel free to let our emotions flow through our lives, taking them as they come and knowing that they will pass, knowing that just as emotions are fluid, so is life. When we are able to find ways to accept and express our emotions, then we are able to keep our emotional, as well as physical, bodies healthy.

Water, Emotional identity, oriented to self-gratification
The second Chakra, located in the abdomen, lower back, and sexual organs, is related to the element water, and to emotions and sexuality. It connects us to others through feeling, desire, sensation, and movement. Ideally this Chakra brings us fluidity and grace, depth of feeling, sexual fullfillment and the ability to accept change.

Body Part(s): Testicles, Ovaries, in charge of sexual development


Manipura, or Solar Plexus, Chakra.



This bright yellow ball of fire heats up our personal sense of power. Located at the solar plexus, this chakra helps to center us. It is our power center where we develop our autonomy and sense of self. When this chakra is open, we feel worthy of all that life has to offer us. We realize the power we possess to create the life of our dreams is already alive inside of us. When we harness the energy of the solar plexus chakra, we find the strength to conquer our dreams and goals.

Fire, Ego identity, oriented to self-defination
This Chakra is known as the power Chakra, located in the solar plexes. It rules our personal power, will, and autonomy, as well as our metabolism. When healthy, this Chakra brings us energy, effectiveness, spontaneity, and non-dominating power.

Element: Fire

Body Part(s): Pancreas, controls digestion

Anahata, or Heart, Chakra.


Our heart center creates balance in our lives. When we move into our heart chakra, we feel love and compassion toward ourselves. Once we have learned to be kind to ourselves, then we are able to extend that kindness to others. The heart chakra allows us to live our lives from an understanding, considerate, and peaceful place. It connects us to others, our surroundings, and the universe. When we tap into our heart chakra, love radiates around us and out into the world.

Air, Social identity, oriented to self-acceptance
This Chakra is called the heart Chakra and is the middle Chakra in a system of seven. It is related to Love and is the integrator of oppisites in the psyche : mind and body, male and female, persona and shadow, ego and unity. A healthy fourth Chakra allows us to love deeply, feel compasion, have a deep sense of Peace and centeredness.

Element: Air

Body Part(s): Thymus, helps build immune system


Visuddha, or Throat, Chakra.


The blue of this energy center spins its truth in our throat, helping us to be authentic in the way we live our lives. The throat chakra is where we communicate, where we are able to openly share our life perspective. Part of speaking truthfully involves carefully considering our words and the effect they will have once they have been spoken, causing us to consciously choose what we say to others. This, however, does not mean that we bottle our words up inside. It means that we try to look at all perspectives and find a respectful way to present our voice. Be clear, ask for what you want.

Sound, Creative identity, oriented to self-expression
This is the Chakra located in the throat and is thus related to communication and creativity.Here we experience the world sybolically through vibration, such as the vibration of sound representing language.

Element: Sound

Body Part(s): Thyroid, controls metabolism



Ajna, or Third Eye, Chakra.



The violet light of this chakra makes its mark on our forehead, between the eyebrows and slightly above. This is where we see, where our inner eye lives. When we have an important decision to make or are feeling uncertain in our lives, it helps to focus on the third eye and to seek guidance. Everything we need to know is inside of us. Each one of us has all of the answers to all of the questions that we ask. What we need to do is slow down, take some time out, listen and trust in our own wisdom.

Light, Archetypal identity, oriented to self-reflection
This Chakra is known as the brow Chakra or third eye center. It is related to the act of seeing, both physically and intuitively. As such it opens our psychic faculties and our understanding of archetypal levels. When healthy it allows us to see cleary, in effect, letting us see " the big picture."


Stones: Sapphire, Tanzanite, Lapis Lazuli

Element: Light

Body Part(s): Pituitary Gland, influences growth and hormones



Sahasrara, or Crown, Chakra.



Bright white light glows at the top of our head, radiating upward, reaching its rays out into the world beyond us. When we are grounded in our bodies, we are able to accept the ever-changing world that moves around us. Once we have accepted that change, we can work on building a strong sense of self, knowing that we deserve to fulfill our dreams. Having learned to love ourselves, we can then let that love move beyond the boundaries of our self and enter into our interactions with others. When we know how to love ourselves and others, then we are able to speak our truth from a place of integrity and respect for all involved in the conversation. When we are able to openly be honest, we can then go inside and listen quietly to our inner voice, which guides us. Going inside, we discover that though it often seems we are alone in this journey of life, we are really connected to everything. The white light radiates out from our crown and blends into the rest of the light that flows from all other beings. We are all one.

Thought,Universal identity, oriented to self-knowledge
This is the crown Chakra that relates to consiousness as pure awareness. It is our connection to the greater world beyond , to a timeless, spaceless place of all-knowing.When developed, this Chakra brings us knowledge, wisdom, understanding, spiritual connection, and bliss .

Tree Magic

The Curative Properties of Trees
Taking a walk through nature is not only refreshing and energising, it can also be a healing experience thanks to the energy of trees. In the early years of mankind, trees were regarded as special beings, no doubt because of their size and majesty. Apart from being the home of animals and birds, trees were also thought to embody a spirit, and people would leave offerings to the spiritual presence that resided in the tree. In India, most local shrines are constructed under trees. Shamans of Native American and Europe believed that trees also possess curative powers. Different trees are said to have particular medicinal properties. The following is a brief list of trees and the healing qualities they are said to contain...

Ash: Brings peace of mind. Warts rubbed on the bark will be absorbed into the tree.
Beech: Reduces swellings and skin inflammations. Helps to balance mental health.
Birch: The bark helps to heal wounds and burns.
Cedar: Cleanses negative atmospheres.
Oak: Brings vitality and long life.
Sassafras: Eases problems with the digestive system. Burying money near the roots of a Sassafras tree brings prosperity.
Pine: A renewal of energy can be obtained by sitting under a pine.
Willow: Adds vital energy to the elderly and the sick. Smoke created from burning the wood of a willow tree can soothe and guide the souls of the dead.

How to Find Your Own Healing Tree
Here is a small ritual for finding your own personal healing tree. Enter a quiet park or forest that has a variety of trees. Stand quietly amongst the trees and close your eyes. Take a few deep breaths and release all thoughts from your mind. Then allow your consciousness to drop through your body, and to settle within your heart chakra. Now, with your eyes open, but unfocused, start walking through the trees. You should be able to feel the energy of each tree as you enter its aura. When you find an energy that feels right for you, mentally ask the tree for permission to physically make contact. If you then feel that it is all right to do so, approach the tree and place your back against it. Feel the energy of the tree resonating within you. Which one of your chakras does this tree seem to affect the most?

How to See a Tree's View of the World
You can also enhance your psychic perceptions of the world around you, by merging your consciousness with that of your healing tree. Allow your aura to merge with the tree's energy field, and with your eyes open, see the surroundings as if through the consciousness of the tree. A silvery glow will surround the area, and you will see the auras of other trees and plants. When you have finished this experiment, thank the tree for its participation, and move away from its energy field. Bring your consciousness up through your body and into your head, then take a few more deep breaths. Stamp your feet on the ground to bring yourself back to full conscious awareness.

Clearing Negativity with Trees
It is said that trees can also absorb negative energy from our bodies, without it doing the tree any harm. To clear yourself of negativity, find another tree that you are intuitively drawn to, and ask permission to give it the negative energy that you have unwittingly stored in your body. Trees can transform and use this energy for their own enhancement. To gather and release negativity from your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual self, run the palm of your left hand from the top of your head, and down the right side of your body, visualising the collection of negativity into your hands. Do the same with your right hand on the left side of your body. Then rub your hands on the trunk of the tree, thereby releasing all the toxins that you have gathered. Also run your hands down the front and back of your body and pass this onto the tree as well. Do this three times, and when you are finished, thank the tree for taking the negative energy from you.

Trees are more than lumps of wood with leaves attached. Make the effort to walk through a national park or forest soon, and take visual notes of the variety that exists even within the same species of tree. By making the conscious effort to look closely at a tree trunk, you will be surprised at the myriad of patterns and colours that normally go unnoticed. Each tree has its own characteristics and personality. And by taking the time to attune to a few trees, you will be amazed at the different styles of energy that emanate from them. OSHO - Meditation


Meditation in the East is not what is understood by it in the West. In the West, meditation means contemplation: meditating in God, meditating on truth, meditating on love. But if you meditate on something, you are not meditating at all, because you are focusing on something outside yourself. It may be love, it may be truth, it may be God, it makes no difference.

Meditation in the East has a totally different meaning, just the opposite of the Western meaning. Meditation in the East means having no object in the mind, no content in the mind, no meditating upon something but dropping everything - neti, neti. neither this or that. Meditation is emptying yourself of all content. When there is no thought moving inside you there is stillness, and that stillness is meditation. Not even a ripple arises in the lake of your consciousness, and that silent lake, absolutely still, is meditation.

And in that meditation you will know what truth is, you will know what love is, you will know what godliness is. Not by meditating on God ... See the point: how can you mediate on God? You don't know anything about God. All your meditation is going to be just imagination, an exercise of imagination. You don't know truth - what are you going to meditate upon? Some idea given by others, some belief, some concept? That is not going to help.

First become meditation, and then in meditation, truth, godliness, love and all that is transcendental will be revealed to you.

Mediation is just being, not doing anything - no action, no thought, no emotion. It is very simple - a totally relaxed state of consciousness where you are not doing anything. The moment doing enters, you become tense, anxious. What to do? How to do it? How to succeed? How not to fail? You have already moved into the future.

In meditation you just are. And it is a sheer delight. Meditation is just being delighted in your own presence; meditation is a delight in your own being.

Where does this delight come from, when you are not doing anything? It comes from nowhere or it come from everywhere. It is not caused by anything, because existence itself is made of the stuff called joy. It needs no cause, no reason. If you are unhappy you have a reason to be unhappy; if you are happy, you are simply happy - there is no reason for it. Your mind tries to find a reason because it cannot believe in 'the uncaused' because it cannot control the uncaused - with the uncaused the mind simply becomes impotent. So the mind goes on finding some reason or other. But I would like to tell you that whenever you are unhappy, you have a reason to be unhappy, because happiness is just the stuff you are made of. It is your very being, it is your innermost core. Joy is you inner most core.

Dark Room Enlightenment - The pineal gland and DMT

Pineal Gland

The pineal gland is the connection point for the Spirit or Soul. It is the physical center for, and transmitter
of, psychic phenomena such as telepathy, clairvoyance in time and space, and the actual influence of
thoughts on the physical surroundings9. (Fig. 16)
“When activated, the pineal gland becomes the line of communication with the higher planes. The
crown chakra reaches down until its vortex touches the pineal gland (Fig. 15).




Prana, or pure energy, is
received through this energy center in the head. With practice the vibration level of the astral body is raised,
allowing it to separate from the physical. …To activate the ‘third eye’ and perceive higher dimensions, the
pineal gland and the pituitary body must vibrate in unison, which is achieved through meditation and/or
relaxation. When a correct relationship is established between personality, operating through the pituitary
body, and the soul, operating through the pineal gland, a magnetic field is created. The negative and
positive forces interact and become strong enough to create the ‘light in the head.’ With this ‘light in the
head’ activated, astral projectors can withdraw themselves from the body, carrying the light with them.10

“The pineal works primarily by converting the higher dimensional Light, that is constantly streaming into
your reality, into usable information for your pituitary. As it gradually activates, the pineal permits the body to
move its vibrational patterns into higher and higher levels. This process also allows your Light Body to
attach itself even deeper into your physical instrument (Fig. 17). Our process is to reset the focus in the
pineal. This chemical ‘lens’ largely disappears as you grow older. The decrease in its efficacy is one of the
major reasons for your body aging as quickly as it does. When the pituitary begins to receive the consciousness
energy packets from the Well of Dreams through its interaction with the pineal, it secretes enzymes
that permit the chemical ‘lens’ in the pineal to reappear. As this ‘lens’ strengthens, it allows the RNA/DNA
protein strings in your cells to activate your ‘third strand’.”


The pineal gland is located in one of the oldest anatomical regions of the brain. If you draw an imaginary
line from the center of your forehead, crossed by a line through the head at the ears, you have its
general location. The pineal is cone-shaped, about 8 mm (1/3 inch) in diameter, weighing from 50 to 150
mg. The gland is most active during childhood, and begins to regress at about age 7, becoming a calcified
tissue strand in the adult (Fig. 18).



There are numerous anatomical and physiological idiosyncrasies associated with the pineal. It is one of
the few solitary organs (most organs in the brain are paired, left and right). While small, the blood flow to the
gland is quite large. The pineal has been considered as a homologue of the reptilian ‘third eye’. Its
photosensitivity derives from neural connections with the retina (Figs. 12).
The Taoist practice of Orgasmic Upward Draw is very important to help stimulate the pineal gland.
Taoists regard the pineal as the second sexual gland(Fig. 19). In the Kan and Li practice, the steaming
process helps to clean out all of the organs and reactivate the thymus and pineal glands.

Fall from Grace

Nothing could be more natural than the state of Wu Chi, nothingness, or divine grace. And yet, the
realization of Wu Chi is clouded by obscurations and confusions. Consciousness streams into every body,
but only a few can see the light. Why is this so?
An essential function of the “upper brain”, the Upper Tan Tien, is to manifest the esoteric and divine
realizations of consciousness into our humanly bodies. Chi spirals through the Crown and the Third Eye
into the pineal and pituitary glands, sustaining existence and nourishing the spirit. Infants and children
bask in the glow and the power of the Chi Field streaming into, and interacting with, their bodies. The
psyche is vibrant and alive and the energy bodies communicate in non-physical dimensions.
As we grow older, however, the internal realities begin to fade and the external world begins to predominate
our existence. By puberty, the pineal gland has ossified into a calcified strand of tissue. Our
minds project outwardly, and the demands of existence (work, family, daily living, etc.) preoccupy our
awareness. Our emotions (fears, angers, resentments and all kinds of distractions to make ends meet)
reflect this outward movement of the psyche.
Fear is the oldest negative emotion. It is felt by all animals, and is even stronger among humans since
they have so little power to protect themselves, especially the newborn. The longer history required for
organic development makes fear the basis of the entire civilization process: to protect ourselves and
achieve our highest potential. Fear is closely connected to the kidney Chi (via the adrenal glands), and
when the kidney Chi is diminished, the brain slowly begins to pull back and disengage from the fantastic
worlds of the Divine. The upper brain becomes the observing brain, dedicated to the worldly tasks of
sending, receiving and processing sensory signals related to daily living.
Inhibiting the Divine
The transition from an internally focused awareness of the Divine, the natural state of infancy, to an
externally focused awareness of the adult World, requires significant shifts in the chemistry of the brain.
The tissues and molecules which normally manifest the consciousness of Wu Chi must be “turned off” or
inhibited. Chemically, the inhibitors are enzymes such as MAO (monoamine oxidase) which rapidly
convert seratonin into inactive by-products, thus disabling the synthesis of the spirit molecules. The
enzyme MAO breaks down seratonin before it can be converted into melatonin, 5-MeO-DMT and DMT
(Fig. 20).






Our usual perception of the world in waking consciousness is, in fact, a state of waking ignorance.
The brain must inhibit our true nature and divine connections to survive in the physical world. In everyday
life, we see everything back to front, as it were. We perceive the primary actions of the brain as providing
us with sensibility and cognitive awareness. In fact, the brain’s mechanism is to filter and shut off the flow
of divine consciousness, making possible survival on Earth, but obscuring all transcendental realities.
Dark Room meditations remove the obscurations. The inhibitory functions of the brain are lifted, and we
revel in the experience of Oneness, Wu Chi, the Original Source.
Reawakening – Spirit Molecules
Waking consciousness satisfies the demands of physical existence, but severs the connection from the
Divine. Thus, each night we must disconnect from the outer world and reconnect with our divine source,
thereby sustaining life and nourishing the soul. In adult life, the experience of Wu Chi is relegated to the
unconscious domains of deep sleep and the supernatural worlds of dream. In Taoist Inner Alchemy, we
reawaken the soul to the Immortal Tao, the Wu Chi, the Original Source, and bring back the Divine into our
conscious awareness.
Chemically, the reconnection to the Divine occurs by inhibiting the enzymatic actions of MAO and
INMT, so that seratonin can convert into melatonin and melatonin into the spirit molecules 5-MeO-DMT (5-
methoxy-dimethyltryptamine) and DMT (dimethyltryptamine) (Fig. 21). The enzymes are inhibited by substances
secreted in the pineal gland, such as harmaline and pinoline. The “spirit molecules” allow us to
reconnect to divine consciousness. They cause “color imagery, out of body experiences, lucid dreams,
visions of beings and/or animals, mystical states, subjective “other realities” and experiences of “being
somewhere else.” These states are the language of dream.

In the Dark Room experience, the “spirit molecules” pinoline, 5-MeO-DMT and DMT alter the receiving
qualities of the brain. The brain “tunes in” to invisible worlds and parallel universes, like a television tuning
in to different channels. Mystical and near-death, out-of-body experiences reflect dynamic equilibria between
“channels” in which we experience the essential energy that courses through the receiver15.
When you reach the ‘DMT state’ you begin to function consciously from the various psychic centers or
chakras. The bodily processes of ‘Healing Love’ combine the human states of true compassion and sexual
arousal to create a new chemistry and a new vibration within the body. This ‘special’ vibration occurs at a
frequency of 8Hz. ‘As in the macrocosm, so it is in the microcosm’; hence if we make love, then all the cells
and DNA actually make love as well. The DNA crosses over, like two serpents intertwined in an erotic
embrace. You need the orgasmic vibration to arouse this crossover process which leads to the ‘two giving
birth to three’; the conception of new cells. The two vital states are compassion and arousal leading to
orgasm. Both are inextricably linked to love.
Immortal Body
Rick Strassman, based on several years of intensive medical research, proposes that the release of
DMT from the pineal gland at 49 days after conception marks the entrance of the spirit into the fetus. This
49-day prenatal period corresponds to the first signs of fetal pineal tissue, the differentiation of the gonads
into male and female, and the time between the death of an individual and its soul’s next rebirth according to
the Tibetan Buddhist tradition. He suggests that the individual’s life-force enters the body through the
pineal gland and leaves it through the pineal gland at death (see “DMT, The Spirit Molecule”, by Strassman,
and16. The infant’s brain is flooded with 5-MeO-DMT, secreted from the pineal gland and the brain is 40%
more active and open.

Benefits of Dark Room Experience


The Dark Room meditations will influence each person uniquely, depending on their maturity and stage of spiritual development. However, most people, even beginners, will receive great benefits, which
may include:

1. Relaxation. This is one of the foundations for all other work. During the first days of the retreat, catching up on sleep, allowing the eyes to recuperate from the over-stimulation of our visual world, releasing the grip of mental concerns, plans, and a agendas and simply letting the energies settle creates the best vacation you may ever have.

2. Once relaxed and feeling at home in the dark, the Inner Lights may appear as well as possible images of space teachers, deities, colors, and shapes. Imbalances in one’s energies can manifest as dull colors.

3. Over time, as one becomes more open, balanced and awake, images clear as day may appear, not inside the mind’s eye but outside in the space of the retreat.

4. Advanced practitioners may experience some of the following: Dreams and sleep become more lucid. A state of continuous consciousness arises in which there is no break in conscious awareness; meditation can continue during sleeping and non-sleeping hours.

5. The Taoist Secret of Love and the Healing Love become very active, so that working with sexual energies and engaging in creative work become easier and more powerful.

6. Dreams will often take the form of teachings or participation in great mythological stories.
The Dark Room enables the body and mind to undergo a series of profound transformations. The ‘states of consciousness’ appear correlated with the organic synthesis and accumulation of psychedelic chemicals in the brain, especially melatonin (Days 1 to 3), pinoline (Days 3 to 5), 5-MeO-DMT (Days 6 to8), and DMT (Days 9 to 12). The pharmacology of these states is as follows.

‘Melatonin Stage’ (Day 1 to 3)

Complete isolation from external light causes the pineal gland to flood the brain with the neurotransmitter melatonin (average 2 to 5 mg/day), manifesting initially as the need for sleep and rest. The eyes
recuperate from the over-stimulation of the visual world, releasing the grip of mental concerns, plans agendas, and letting the energies settle. Melatonin is essential for maintaining the hibernation state, which facilitates the emergence of spiritual consciousness. The person retains a child-like biological condition where melatonin is conserved and recycled, not wasted in biological continuation. When this substance works together with the yellow marrow in the bone, the reddish firing reaction will activate a gentle interaction between the sacred water and the light. The sacred waters are the inner fluids that are responsible for
producing bone marrow and other bodily fluids. The waters run not only in the in the center of the bones, but also in the spinal connections between the Crown and Perineum Points.


‘Pinoline Stage’ (Day 3 to 5)

After about three days, when melatonin concentrations reaches sufficient levels (15 to 20 mg) the body then begins to produce the superconductor pinoline, whereby a greater fluidity of thought and healing of the body starts to occur. Pinoline induces cell replication (mitosis) and intercalates with DNA molecules. The ‘pinoline stage’ is normally activated only in the womb, in lucid dreaming, or in near death experiences.
Within this state we can metaprogram the brain to the Unity of Self, heightening awareness of the pathways with which we filter reality. At this stage, the nervous system becomes aware of itself. We become aware of the hologram of the external world that we create constantly in our head24.

When the pinoline is triggered you activate your clairsentient and clairaudient powers. You may see light and visions, hear music, and gain phenomenal insight. A decoding of the DNA then begins to take place. Cosmic particles are attracted to us and decoded in the form of sound, light, knowledge and realization. The particles, which have the same cell structures as humans (and from which the Tao believes you evolved), are attracted to you magnetically. The body has approximately six trillion cells, which correspond to the universe ‘without’. Each of these cells can be seen as a computer with unlimited power and potential.
Each cell can become a super conductor, able to receive information from space. You are able to decode this universal information carried from outer space, which may be as old as nothingness itself. When you enter this primordial state or force you are reunited with the true self and divinity within. You literally ‘conduct’ the universal energy. You may see into the past and future, understand the true meaning of existence, and begin to understand the order of things. You return to the womb, the cocoon of our material structure and Nature’s original Dark Room.

‘5-MeO-DMT Stage’ (Day 6 to 8)

At this stage the pineal gland starts to produce the neuro-hormone 5-MeO-DMT (aka ‘akashon’). This
psychoactive tryptamine is highly luminescent and also extremely phosphorescent due to the amount of
phosphene that it transmits onto the visual cortex. 5-MeO-DMT switches on 40% more of the cerebral
cortex and awakens the nervous system to become aware of itself; ‘beingness’ results. Hence, the possibility
of metaprogramming the nervous system’s bio-computer - activating healing and conflict message assortment
of the nervous system. 5-MeO-DMT is the empathogenic neurotransmitter that expands the emotional
body between ‘infinity and zero’. It gives rise to telepathy in the emotional and intuitive bodies. It
engages the awakening of the ‘Flower of Life’, the spine, which begins to glow in a state of beingness and
peace.
5-Meo-DMT discharges the darkness from the darkroom. A bright light is activated and one experiences
a born-again mentality. This Great White Light, the manifestation of the astral body, enables the self
to project externally. At this point, some degree of ‘N-Methyl-D-Aspartare Inhibition’ (NMDA-I) usually
occurs. This is a ‘soft form’ of the slowing of the glutamate input signals into the cells. This makes it easier
for the nervous system to cause electrons to stop flowing within the cells, allowing for profound meditative
trance states. 5-MeO-DMT intercalates with messenger RNA. One can see in 3 dimensional Holon pictures,
as the thoughts behind language.
“Techniques taught in the Dark Room enable one to read and go beyond the matrix, by unifying all
directions, and externalize the soul computer so that one can start to interact with ones own genetic code
of the Tree of Life. In this intensive process 5-MeO-DMT activates the entire spine, the Tree of Life. The
spine is activated and reprogrammed and you can start to process the illusion of the dream from its binary
code into the unified translated Self: the Unity Self. Through 14 days of total light isolation your consciousness
can be expanded to the wider range of wave emanations and transduce the core hologram of reality
that is coherently programming ones nervous system to the Unity Self25.”
Many exercises will be practiced during this period: compacting Chi, consciousness and awareness
into the nervous system, working with the Silent Self and anchoring the Immortal Body.
The 5-MeO-DMT prepares the nervous system, through its empathetic state of being and self
awareness of the nervous system, for the DMT or dimethyltryptamine production of the pineal gland, in
psychoactive milligram doses.

‘DMT Stage’ (Day 9 to 12)

When DMT levels reach more than 25 mg, one’s experience can become very visual. DMT is the visual third eye neurotransmitter. It enables the energy body and spirit to journey into hyperspace, beyond third dimensional realms of time and space. It is intensely energizing. “After some 10-12 days one starts to see in infra red, and ultra violet, one can actually run across the room and touch a person, by seeing their heat patterns. The Holon Images exteriorize and one is walking in a Virtual Reality, which appears to be the DNA language macro uploaded, and interactive.”

At this stage of the Dark Room Retreat, the required amount of sleep tends to diminish dramatically.

Although the day may last 24 hours, 3 hours of sleep can seem like 12. During this period we will engage in further practices; psychic games and interactivity, Taoist Dream Yoga (advanced levels) and Imagination Expansion.

Layers of the Aura


1. Etheric Body

The Etheric Body extends out between 2-4 inches from the physical body is usually a shade of blue. The Etheric Body is the Etheric Map for the physical body holding the complete template of the Physical. When there is an imbalance in the Etheric Body the physical body will be directly impacted and be out of balance also.



2. Emotional Body

The Emotional Body extends out a further 4-6 inches from the Etheric Body, is quite colourful with a wispy cloud look. This is where we store our emotions and these can reflected back to us in the physical from here until we learn to heal them.



3. Mental Body

The Mental Body extends another 4-6 inches from the Emotional Body and can be yellow or bluish in colour. The Mental body holds our thought processes and when we are generating negative thought patterns, the colour of the aura in this layer will change to a darker, muddier yellow.



4. Spiritual Body

Often called the Causal body or Astral body. The Spiritual Body extends out another 4-6 inches from the Mental Body and highly coloured and rather beautiful, like Jacobs coat of many colours [perhaps this was what was being seen] the Spiritual Body is the connecting layer between the lower 4 bodies and the higher [including the physical] and the higher light bodies and it is also the Body where we hold love for ourselves, family and friends. When we are truly more accepting of ourselves a light pink hue may be seen.



5. Etheric Template Body

The Etheric Template extends out another 2-4 inches from the Spiritual Body. This is the mirror double of the Etheric Body holding the negative space of the Etheric Body. In this layer we align with the Divine Will and encouraged to speak our Truth willingly and live accordingly.



6. Celestial Light Body

The Celestial Light Body is a deeper shade of pink than the Spiritual Body and is the layer of universal love and compassion. It is here we learn to love mankind and devote ourselves to a greater understanding and forgiveness of all. This layer encourages us to realise and live with the knowledge that we are all connected and fear cannot exist if Love is all there is.



7. Ketheric Template

The Ketheric Template is seen as Gold Light, which is in fact a fine web [rather like a rutilated quartz]. This web is the web of our reality and creativeness. When we connect with this layer it allows us to see reality and the Divine Order of All, giving a deeper understanding of the lessons and lessening the illusion of separation.



The next layers are said to be:



8. The Memory Body

This layer interfaces with Karma and the Akashic records recording past, present and future karmic memories.It is also known as the “White Zone” and is connected with the crown of the head.



9. The Soul Body

The Ninth Layer is the Soul Level associated with the planes of existence between the worlds of Heaven and Now and is related to the soul Star Chakra [9th Chakra]. The Soul Body connects with our “oneness” and the Divine order of our pre-destined soul contracts.



10. The Integrative Body

The 10th layer serves as a pathway between the physical and spiritual relating to the 10th Chakra [Grounding Chakra]. This layer is also known as the “Dream body” which is able to separate itself from the physical body and enter into the astral realms. It is here we access data from our genetic and soul heritage and the imprint of our soul purpose.



11. The Eternal Body

The 11th Layer of the Eternal Soul is where we are transformed into our Light Bodies in preparation for Ascension.



12. The Universal Body

The 12th Layer of the Universal Body is pure Divine Consciousness and pure connection to the Divine Mind, the Ascended Masters, and Pure Unconditional Love within and without.

Learning to See the Aura

1)Learning to See Aura

Once you have decided that you want to see auras, it is important to learn about how we see auras and what their effects on us might be.

To learn to see auras, you must first learn to retrain your eyes, which have been damaged in a way by the constant bombardment that we expose them to every day in the form of our computers, our televisions, and the video games that we play.

To retrain your eyes, you will need to learn how to use a new kind of vision. You will need to learn to use your peripheral vision to be able to see auras correctly. If you never learned how to do this effectively, then the following exercise will help.

2) Activating your Peripheral Vision

Stare at the black dot. It is tempting to look around, but you need to focus your eyes on this dot and not look around or look away.

Doing this without blinking is best, but if that is not possible, do not worry. After 30-45 seconds, possibly before, you should begin to see a colored aura around the circles.

3) Why this Works To Help You See Aura

The auras that you see are actually the images being imprinted into your eyes and your mind. You should notice that the colors reverse, since the inverse of red is cyan, a shade of blue.

When your eyes are moving, they constantly process things in a slightly incomplete manner, similar to watching a television show, where frames of action seem to flow fluidly. By holding our eyes still, we can increase their processing power and their sensitivity, which helps us to learn how to see auras.

Do not go out and stare at people quite yet, though, there are other steps to master.

4) The Next Step In Aura Viewing Techniques



Your goal with this exercise is to focus your eyes so that the circles appear to split into four circles. Overlap the center circles and focus until you are able to see a white cross. This takes practice and can be hard to do at first. You are training your left brain and right brain to communicate with one another. A few minutes of practice every day can prove highly beneficial in being able to see auras.

5) How to Apply It

Find a willing subject and sit them in front of a plain white background to start out. You should stare at a singular point; the middle of the forehead is best. After a while, you will begin to see the aura against the background, but resist the temptation to look away, or you will lose it.

After a good 30-60 seconds of concentrating, close your eyes to see the aura alone. Be quick! After about two seconds, your eyes will readjust and you will lose it.

You can also practice seeing your own aura with a plain white background and a mirror, allowing you to develop your auric sight and to become more proficient at seeing auras without the need to stare.

Kundalini - Infinite Creative Potential



Kundalini is a Sanskrit word meaning either "coiled up" or "coiling like a snake." There are a number of other translations of the term usually emphasizing a more serpent nature to the word - e.g. 'serpent power'.

The caduceus symbol of coiling snakes is thought to be an ancient symbolic representation of Kundalini physiology.

The concept of Kundalini comes from yogic philosophy of ancient India and refers to the mothering intelligence behind yogic awakening and spiritual maturation. It might be regarded by yogis as a sort of deity, hence the occasional capitalization of the term.

Within a western frame of understanding it is often associated with the practice of contemplative or religious practices that might induce an altered state of consciousness, either brought about spontaneously, through a type of yoga, through psychedelic drugs, or through a near-death experience.

According to the yogic tradition Kundalini is curled up in the back part of the root chakra in three and one-half turns around the sacrum. Yogic phenomenology states that kundalini awakening is associated with the appearance of bio-energetic phenomena that are said to be experienced somatically by the yogi.

This appearance is also referred to as "pranic awakening". Prana is interpreted as the vital, life-sustaining force in the body. Uplifted, or intensified life-energy is called pranotthana and is supposed to originate from an apparent reservoir of subtle bio-energy at the base of the spine. This energy is also interpreted as a vibrational phenomena that initiates a period, or a process of vibrational spiritual development.

The source text for the concept of kundalini is the "Hatha Yoga Pradipika" written by Swami Svatmarama (English translation, 1992) somewhere between the twelfth and fifteenth centuries. Any examination of the topic should include this work. The pradipika is one of the later developments in yoga sacred texts. Hatha Yoga is strictly speaking a forcing technique which has as its primary aim the forcing of the arising of kundalini.

The main emphasis is a difficult regime of breathing techniques meant to increase the store of "prana" in the body. The well known physical postures are only meant to be an aid to maintain peak physical fitness, so as to support the real work of the breathing practices. All of this has, according to tradition, to be accompanied by prolonged and unbroken meditation practise (for which the main text is the "Yoga Sutras of Patanjali"). The text adds that great good fortune is another requirement, i.e.luck, for the procedure to succeed. However, these techniques are not without dangers.

Brain Wave Therapy

First discovered by biophysicist Gerald Oster at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City, brain wave audio technology sends pure, precisely tuned sound waves of different frequencies to your brain via stereo headphones. In his EEG research, Oster discovered that when different vibrations, or sound frequencies, are delivered to the brain separately through each ear (as with stereo headphones), the two hemispheres of the brain function together to "hear" not the external sound signals, but a third phantom signal. This signal is called a binaural beat, and it pulses at the exact mathematical difference between the two actual tones.

So, for example, if a signal of 100 cycles per second entered your left ear and a signal of 109 cycles per second simultaneously entered your right ear, what you would actually perceive you heard would be a rhythmic, soothing pulsation, beating at 9 cycles per second. Research results show that first parts of the brain and, eventually, large areas of the brain begin to resonate sympathetically with this "phantom" binaural beat in what is known as the Frequency Following Response.

Subsequent research determined that binaural beat frequencies could drive or guide brain activity into a wide variety of specific brain states. Thus, effortlessly and naturally, your brain activity slides into rhythm with this binaural beat, becoming organized and coherent. Within minutes, the sound frequencies start to balance the left and right hemispheres of your brain – creating a remarkable state called hemispheric synchronization and driving the electrical activity of your brain into powerful states, normally unattainable.

Scientists have noted that this rare phenomenon was accompanied by flashes of creative insight, euphoria, intensely focused concentration, deep calm, and enhanced learning abilities. In modern times, Moldavite has emerged as one of the healing crystals most prized by metaphysical users, and hundreds of stories about its transformational properties have been told. It has been credited with innumerable powerful life changes.

The common wisdom is that Moldavite crystal is a catalyst for inner evolution towards one’s highest good. Moldavite’s existence predates history. The Neolithic peoples of Eastern Europe regarded the dark-colored glassy crystal as a spiritual talisman more than 25,000 years ago. The excavated site of the famed Venus of Willendorf also uncovered a significant number of crystal Moldavite amulets, arrowheads and cutting tools.

In Czech folklore, Moldavite crystal was believed to bring harmony and healing to marital relationships, and the green crystal was used as a traditional betrothal gift for centuries.

Perhaps Moldavite’s greatest role in crystal healing history takes place as the substance purportedly used to create the Holy Grail of Arthurian legend. In some recountings, the Grail was said to be not a cup, but a stone; a crystal Emerald that fell from the sky. In other stories, the Grail cup was carved from the crystal Emerald. The correspondences of the Stone of the Grail with Moldavite crystal are clear. The ancients called all clear green gemstones “Emeralds”, and Moldavite is the only such crystal ever to have fallen from the sky.

Like the Stone of the Grail, a healing Moldavite crystal seems to be a harbinger of one’s higher destiny and a helpful and healing talisman for the achievement of it. As a healing tool, Moldavite crystal can help one to bring about the right relationship, right livelihood and can align the rest of one’s life into harmonious accord with the divine pattern.

Moldavites are amorphous crystals, or natural glasses, with a hardness of 5.5 to 6. Unlike other tektites (small brownish or tar black glassy rocks, formed from meteoric impacts), Moldavite crystal is a deep green color. It is the only variety of tektite suitable for cutting and faceting as a gem, and crystal healing jewelry has been made out of it for literally thousands of years. It can be cut and polished, and forming the crystal into certain geometric shapes - such as pyramids, spheres and gems which are round, triangular, oval or emerald cut - can enhance the focus and intensity of its healing energy.

An excerpt from the Book of Stones (Robert Simmons and Naisha Ahsian) best explains Moldavite’s genesis: "… Some Scientific theorists contend that Moldavite is earthly rock melted by the heat of the meteorite crash, while others suggest that the material is of extraterrestrial origin, possibly a type of obsidian ejected by a lunar volcano. A third theory holds that Moldavite is a fusion product of meteoric material and earthly rock which were vaporized in the tremendous heat of the impact explosion, the resultant gas being propelled high in the atmosphere. This gaseous material would have then cooled and condensed into a liquid glass which 'rained' down on the crater and surrounding areas. Regardless of which, if any, of these ideas is correct, it is known that Moldavite indeed fell from the sky because of the aerodynamic shapes of certain pieces, and virtually all scientists associate it with the meteoric collision which formed the Bohemian plateau and surrounding mountains."

Chakras & Vortexes of Mother Earth

There are sacred spots all over Mother Earth; in fact, all of her is sacred. Just like our bodies and the energies surrounding them, Mother Earth has an aura, too.

The first layer of aura that surrounds our physical body is called the etheric body. This layer looks like cross-hatching or like a tightly woven web all around our form.

The etheric body is like a template or blueprint of the physical form; it holds all the information about how to make the physical body during this lifetime. Lodged within the etheric body, on the front and back, are seven major chakras, or power stations, that convert prana, the energy surrounding us, into energy that our bodies can eventually use. The Far Eastern religions all know about these energy-converting centers. In fact, the acupuncture system recognizes not only the major chakra centers but also the secondary ones. Our etheric bodies are like electric grids filled with power stations that are constantly sucking in prana. The chakras have propeller-like blades, or petals, that whirl and turn either clockwise or counterclockwise. The movement of these blades stirs up the River of Life (the cosmic soup, if you will), and the sub-molecular particles are drawn into the chakras where translation and change take place.

Energy can be changed but it can never be destroyed, and the duty of the chakras is to create a transformative process that can feed not only the physical body through the endocrine glands and the nerves but also the rest of the layers of the aura. The whirling motion creates a vortex of energy. The smaller chakras are located on the palms of the hands, the soles of the feet, the knees, the shoulders and so forth, and they whirl and turn, too. So the human body is literally a walking vortex of sorts.

Mother Earth's Etheric Body
Mother Earth, similarly, has an etheric body around her that acts as a layer of protection. However, at her North and South Poles, there are now holes in her etheric body that have been caused by humans. We too can get holes or tears in the etheric body, which then leaks and bleeds us of the vital life-force energy by which good health is maintained and harmony is kept in place. People who are alcoholics or drug-users often have an etheric body that literally looks like someone has taken a shotgun to it; the etheric body looks like a sieve.

Mother Earth has a major chakra system as well as a secondary system, just as we do. Each one is a whirling vortex spinning either clockwise or counterclockwise. She has an energy grid system that dowsers and other sensitive people can feel. Sometimes people can locate such an area by using a pendulum.

Ancient cultures, because the people were right-brained (that is to say, they were in touch with their intuition and their psychic/clairvoyant abilities and were believers in many aspects of metaphysics), often built their sacred temples on these Earth chakras in order to take advantage of the spiraling energy that reached skyward toward the cosmos or toward their goddesses and gods.

As times changed and one civilization fell to another, new temples or structures were built on these sites. Those who knew and understood the energies utilized them. Those who didn't would always come away from these sites feeling better somehow, inexplicably uplifted or perhaps healed on some level.

Christianity might pooh-pooh metaphysics, but the founders built their mighty religious centers right on the same sites that other ancient civilizations had used for their temples! At the highest levels, especially in the Catholic Church, the leaders knew about these sites -- what they were and how they operated. That is why so many of the beautiful European abbeys and churches, such as Chartres in France, feel so powerful. People feel moved when they enter these structures, but what they're really feeling is the power and energy of the chakra, moving and transforming the cosmic energy into another form that Mother Earth can digest and utilize. This is not to say that the power of people's prayers aren't present in those churches, because they are; they have a power of their own. But it can't match the power of one of these vortexes.

Druids and Energy Vortexes
The Druids had, perhaps, the most far-reaching and profound effects in working with Mother Earth's chakras. The priestesses and priests maintained the Mother Goddess worship, which included the caretaking of Mother Earth, for thousands of years. They were a living bridge between the old goddess religions and Christianity, carrying it forward despite the rise of patriarchy and the worship of male deities.

The Druids did something very special all over Europe, North America, and South America: they not only searched out and found many of the chakras of Mother Earth, they also created web-like lines of energy that would flow between these points across the globe to move energy and to keep our Mother in harmony and balance.

Druids sailed across the Atlantic. They met and taught the wise women and men of Turtle Island (North America). There they worked with the mound builders in the Mississippi Valley to create a series of temple mounds that were located on Earth chakras in order to keep those vortexes healthy and sound. These mounds extend from the Great Lakes all the way down toward Mexico. One of the greatest and most important of these mounds, called the Great Serpent Mound, is found in southern Ohio. If you ever have a question about what a vortex is, go visit this one. I guarantee it will change your life, blast open your closed chakras, and set you right with yourself. Those in the know always go to this mound for the solstice and equinox ceremonies --and they are Native Americans, Wiccans, and holy people from South America.

The mounds are a line of transmitter stations, which keep a very important north-south energy running at all times. If you draw a line down through Mexico and into South America, you will find that major Mayan, Aztec, and Incan pyramids were placed over these vortex points, too. Further, the Nazca Plain of Peru was, and is, a major beacon point/vortex for outer-space traffic to hone in on in order to find Mother Earth.

The powerful grid running north-south in this region isn't the only one. The Druids worked with peoples of all tribes and nations around the world, creating stone circles to denote places of power or vortex energy. That is not to say that peoples of other nations, particularly those who were close to the Mother anyway, didn't already know about these sites. They did. They erected their own kinds of ceremonial altars or stone circles to indicate sacred sites.

There are other places on Mother Earth that are extremely powerful but have no indicator such as a church, a stone circle, or anything else to bring our attention to them. The Native Americans would often disguise a site by not putting any indicator on the area. They knew most Anglos would never feel the energy, so they would not violate the site.
