The Music of Atomic Shapes

taken from the article: Geometry,Music and Healing by Ani Williams

Five basic three dimensional geometric forms are found to represent the five elements in creation: The tetrahedron–fire, the cube–earth, the octahedron--air, the dodecahedron–ether, and the icosahedron–water, as shown in order here:

These five Platonic solids comprise the constantly changing dance of creation, the alchemical dance of the elements. "In bringing order to the universe the Creator gave geometric forms to the atoms….interacting with human senses to produce appearances and feelings." John Michell

I was able to experience the ‘musical proportions’ of Platonic solids many years ago, when I was studying with Michael Helios, who I consider to be a reincarnated Atlantean wizard. Helios’ early pioneering research in music, mathematical proportions, astronomy and healing became one of my areas of study in sound healing during the early 1990’s. Helios had discovered the musical proportions and corresponding tone scales of the each of the Platonic shapes, which included tuning his keyboard to specific frequencies to achieve the exact proportions.

During his presentations Michael would play the scales and geometries of each shape and the participants would meditate on the five different musical pieces, without his disclosing which geometric shape he was playing. After each piece, the listeners would describe which of the shapes they experienced. It was quite extraordinary, that every Platonic solid was directly perceived, felt, and ‘seen’ with the inner eye during each of the five musical meditations. This was my first experience of realizing the power of musical transmission and its potential to specifically re-order creation. This is exactly what the ancient mystics and scientists were telling us!

I was especially profoundly affected by the Dodecahedron, and while Helios played the musical proportions, I felt as if I ‘became’ this geometric solid, and this shape and I became the Great Mother matrix of the universe. The dodecahedron can be seen to represent the order of the heavens and also the perfect shape of mediation between the infinite and the finite, the sphere and the cube.

The dodecahedron is comprised of twelve pentagonal (five-sided) faces, and represents the fifth sacred element, ether, or divine potentiality. Recently, quantum physics researchers in the US and France have said that based on measurements of cosmic waves left over from the ‘big bang’, it appears that the shape of the universe is a Dodecahedron. This is fascinating, considering there are five platonic solids and the corresponding five basic elements of life. The entire human race is joined in these same basic sacred proportions of the physical body as it is overlaid in a pentagram, with the arms and legs spread to make a five-pointed star, with the reproductive organs at the exact center. And there are five appendages from the human torso, five appendages on each leg and arm, five openings on the face, and five senses of physical perception.

If we can imagine the dodecahedral-pentagonal shape of the uni-verse (meaning one song), and see the human body pentagram geometry, we find in both a divine proportion and potential for harmonic perfection, inherent in physical embodiment and the harmony of the spheres. We embody the geometry of the cosmos! And we find that the Golden Mean proportions of the cosmos and our body temples are closely aligned with the harmony of the musical ‘fifth’, or stated another way, the universe and humanity are geometries singing!

"One of the properties of the pentagram is that the lines bisect each other according to the Golden Section …the ideal human proportions lie in the canon defined by the Golden Section or PHI." Nicholas Mann’s ‘Sedona Sacred Earth’.

Six Tips to Eliminate Drama

by Liara M.
Covert, PhD @ dreambuilders. com. au

Certain emotions create mental obstruction and drama. Relate a clogged toilet analogy. If you choose to get worked up, that does not unclog the obstructon. To bottle anything sets it up for release sometime. You choose how to perceive and react.
Consider these tips to learn more about the constant energy flux of your life and how to eliminate drama;

1) Choose not to believe.
Whatever you think takes form and manifests in your life. If you do not believe in something, then your senses will not permit you to experience that. Yet, if you experience drama, or repeated discomfort, you have not yet uncovered certain mental blocks or dissolved them.

2) Respect your need to grow.
Every event that unfolds, every sensation you feel, helps you move through phases of mental, physical and other healing. To be aware of your rigid mindset enables you to work through unconscious doubt, complaints and illusion that obscure what you perceive now.

3)See through the inner judge.
Labels create imaginary divisons, hierarchies and power dynamics They do not exist. Self-induced boundaries re-organize spatial zones and energy vibration in ways that do not serve you. Being aware of what you do empowers you. Itis possible to evolve and sense what you had missed previously. Ego has reason to deny truth.

4) Nurture open-mindedness.
To disagree or react with distast to people rejects their ways of thinking, being and feeling. To deny or invalidate views other than yours is to close yourself off from layers of truth. To disavow truth is to create waves of energy in form of drama. To accept alternative or co-existent realities, is to concede something other that what you currently experience is connected to the physical world.

5) Recognize the impact of density.
Humans are light energy beings. The nature of thoughts and feelings influences if one experiences a lightness of being or, a heavier sense of existence. Drama weighs heavy on the mind. To be unwilling to adjust or change prolongs emotional storms. You exist as you are to learn to release energy and restore other energy inside.

6) Reframe where this is leading.
Discomfort evokes stress, conflict or striking realism. Yet, more is happening than you consciously register. Many human beings do not realize they acknowledge drama, explore cause and perpetuate it as part of a process to get beyond it. Thoughts of anger, hostility or revenge imply you misunderstand karmic lessons. As you deliberately take responsibility for conditions and choose to evolve, you gain the insight required to transcend drama.

Reclaim Your Essence

by Jean-Claude Koven
prismhouse. com
________________________________

"Most people are other people," Oscar Wilde once remarked. "Their thoughts are someone else's opinions, their lives a mimicry, their passions a quotation." As he so wryly observed, the vast majority of us are not who we've been pretending to be, and the lives we've been living until now are molded according to rules and values that are not our own. Most of humanity is stuck in someone else's discarded chewing gum and has yet to break free.

Unless you have been brave enough to forsake this trap, here is your likely portrait: your religious convictions are those of your parents or community; you root for your hometown sports teams; your political allegiances conform to the party system that society offers; you are an avid observer of the cultural pageantry, like the Super Bowl and the Oscars; your holidays are the standard ones, such as Christmas, New Year's Eve, and Independence Day; you look to your political and religious leaders for guidance and protection; you feel driven to succeed--to make more money, to live a better life.

These are worthy and desirable choices that hold families and societies together. They make you who you are, you might argue. True, but only if you are content with admiring the wrapping and never looking inside the box. If you dared to look, you'd discover how these basic thoughts originate in a fundamental belief formed during the first years of your life: that survival depends on obeying the rules. Children typically bend their perceptions and interpretations of reality to match those of their parents and others who care for them. They find clever ways to please in order to receive attention and belong. As they grow up, the people and issues may change over time, but the initial patterns of conformity remain deeply ingrained in the subconscious.

The price for surrendering to consensus is steep. It is nothing less than the loss of individuality and curiosity. Without these two magnificent attributes, you disengage from the grandness of the creation and implode into the holographic illusion humans have come to call reality. You become one of Oscar Wilde's other people, thinking someone else's opinions and assuming they are your own.

We are trapped in the daily drama that the culture and the media feed us: mortgages, sporting events, tsunamis, sex offenders, AIDS, terrorism, global warming, corrupt governments, and economic inequities . . . all demanding our attention. The matrix plays us like an instrument. A thirty-second news bite can push our buttons. We get hooked and riled, liberally lacing our collective guts with corrosive biochemicals unleashed by our righteous indignation.

This condition is virtually universal. It is also the underlying cause of the world as we know it. People cling so tightly to their personal and social identities that they are blinded to anything that does not validate them. The inevitable product is a world of war, greed, and competition, driven by paranoia and fear.

The way out is easier than anyone might imagine. However, very few summon the courage, for it requires them to leave the comfort of their known world and walk alone, unaided by the crutch of belief and dogma, into the domain of pure consciousness. Most people would rather get caught up in the business of earning a living, raising a family, or helping their community than deal with the unsettling immensity of All That Is.

Yet it seems that all humans are meant to take this epic journey of discovery at some point in their series of lives on this planet. If you choose to walk this path, you will find yourself gaining a new perspective--that of consciousness, where the mind, with its judgments and emotions, ceases to dominate and the heart is your only reliable guide. The great issues of your daily life that once commanded your attention now seem wondrously arbitrary and irrelevant--simply interesting experiences that lasted far too long and became unnecessarily weighty.

The Illusion is a Game-Board Projection

You now see the illusion for what it is: a game-board projection designed so aspects of the Oneness can experience duality, fear, and separation. It is no more real than a programmed matrix in a computer game. You and I are merely units of awareness projected into the matrix, defining ourselves by the points through which we view, and believing what we see to be reality. Who did the projecting? You. Who is the projection? You. There is only you.

How do you get to this liberating place from which you can see the larger picture? The cosmic formula of creation is gloriously simple:

Attention + Intention = Manifestation

Nothing in the universe evades this law. The reality you perceive is entirely a function of the only two forces at your command: your attention and your intention. Bring conscious awareness to this equation--consciously monitor your attention and intention and what you are manifesting--and everything changes.

Through this ongoing process of self-observation it will become increasingly clear that the part of you that is projected into the illusion is in trouble. This realization, in fact, marks the beginning of your journey out of the illusion. Once you begin to couple the law of Attention + Intention = Manifestation with the concept of Oneness, you begin to see a completely different picture. You are All That Is. There is nowhere for you to go, nothing to attain, no lessons to learn.

If you buy into the reality that you are an earthbound human stuck in the struggle of life, presto!, there you are. If you focus on the part of you that is watching you flounder in the illusion, snap!, you're free... It can't get much easier than that.
Yet why are so few of us awake?

The written or spoken word can do no more than point the way. And trading one belief system for another accomplishes nothing. The answer lies elsewhere. Waking up is a consequence of induction. Just a few years ago you might have placed yourself in the presence of a guru or master and, through devotion, discipline, or some other practice, gradually assumed some of his or her enlightenment. Now, using the law of A + I = M, you become your own master. By focusing your attention on the part of you that is watching the rest of you floundering in the illusion, you are taking a giant step in restoring control over how your attention is commanded. If you add the intention of reclaiming your essence, you complete the formula that can only result in the manifestation of whatever your curiosity seeks to explore.

The payoff of having been so deeply mired in the illusion that you nearly succumbed -is compassion for those still stuck in the matrix, coupled with a large dose of humility. You have learned that the illusion is perfect exactly as it is. The only thing that needs to change is the point from which we view it.
Now all that's left is for you to summon the courage to begin the journey home!

THE POWER LOVE ENERGY

by Maggie Erotokritou

As you continue bringing in love energy, imagine it filling every part of your mind, your body and your whole being. Imagine you are breathing in love and breathing out love energy until your whole body becomes a body of light. Fill every cell with light, and allow the transformation to take place. Enlightenment, which the great masters and teachers talk about, is actually the total transformation of all the cells into light. This is of course a long-term process, which may take several lifetimes to accomplish even with total dedication. But still the transformative process, which we engage in to a lesser or larger degree can still bring amazing, and wonderful results.

With regular practise, as the light comes in, it roots out old beliefs and deeply held structures that are no longer in alignment with our present process of self growth. Over a period of time as we release these beliefs and structures and we cleanse and purify on many different levels, our vibrations start to change. The body begins to vibrate on a much higher level, we become less dense and more sensitive and intuitively move towards that which will help raise our vibrations rather than lower them. Gradually this becomes more evident in every area of our lives, we become more selective in how we spend our time and with whom.

We find ourselves moving in new directions and new people and circumstances come into our lives, for as our vibrations change, so does what we attract. Remember energy follows thought, we attract to us what we think about, therefore it is imperative that we watch our thoughts and make sure they are in alignment with our chosen goal. It is the law of attraction, that we attract what we send out. If we constantly send out loving thoughts, our vibrations will change and we will attract more loving circumstances. Before that can happen, other things may need to take place first. It is an unfolding process, one that we live and work with moment by moment, day by day.

If we continuously come from love and hold only love in our hearts, we will find whatever is not in alignment will present itself in front of us. We may have to deal with our past actions, or resentment or anger or whatever is suppressed. We need to empty our subconscious, through meditation this happens spontaneously, layer by layer, releasing and letting go, releasing and letting go. As we come more into alignment with every word, thought and deed focused on love, then the response to our actions will be made manifest in a corresponding way.

One of the hardest tasks in this work and the most powerful is to watch our thoughts, to change all negative thoughts as we catch them into positive ones. As we do this, our level of clarity will increase and our depth of understanding will be profound, we will start to know, sense and intuit in a new way. We must be alert to judgement, either of ourselves or others. When we judge, we are not seeing clearly, we miss the depth of the person, we cannot see beyond to the light, we must learn to look deeper, always going beyond, not ignoring but a getting a greater sense of the picture and seeing what more is there and remember everyone is a soul of their particular journey and that each soul is special in some way.

Moving to a higher state of consciousness requires constant observation of the self in order to transform lower states into higher ones, there is no short cut, we have to do the on-going self work. This requires patience and the perseverance to keep going no matter what. Not an easy journey, but an extraordinarily rewarding one as you will come to see. Through the transformation of consciousness through love energy, we can live in a state of deep joy, which is irrelevant of what is going on around us, this is a state of immeasurable bliss. Once we have tasted it and felt the deep bliss of the divine, it becomes easier to detach from the superficial and to let go of anything, which lowers our vibrations.

Advaita-Vedanta : Nonduality - Rising Above Illusion

By Remez Sasson

The philosophy of Nonduality, or as it is called in India, Advaita-Vedanta, says that there is just One Spirit in the Universe, and that everything, living or inanimate, is an inseparable and indivisible part of this One Spirit. Nonduality further says that it is only illusion, caused by the mind and the play of the senses, which makes us regard the world and everything in it, as real and separate from us.

For someone not familiar with this philosophy, it might sound strange and even weird, but once understood, it can completely change one's attitude and perspective about life.

Imagine a state, in which you feel oneness with the Universe, enjoying bliss and peace of mind, and at the same time acting and functioning normally in your day-to-day life. A state of being active in the world, yet maintaining a state of inner detachment. In this state you are aware of your oneness with the One Spirit, and also aware that the One Spirit is acting and manifesting through everything, matter, plants, trees, animals and people. This is the experience of nonduality in its highest form.

Our thoughts and five senses draw the mind outside, to the external world, and obscure the awareness of the consciousness that is beyond the mind. Through meditation, we gain inner peace and the ability to silence the mind and lift up the obscuring veil of thoughts, and are then able to taste and experience the "state" of nonduality. In this state of inner silence, one rises above the illusion of identification with the mind, thoughts and ego, gets beyond the illusion of separateness, and realizes the oneness with the One Spirit. It is as if a new sort of consciousness dawns, and one sees the world in a different way.

With this kind of consciousness we are able to allow the mind to be active or command it to be silent at our command. It becomes our faithful servant, instead of being our master. We function very effectively in the outer world, yet our basis is in pure, calm and limitless consciousness, which is not attached to anything and not limited by anything. In this state, we live and view the world from the nonduality point of view.

Though in our day-today life we regard other people, as separate from us, as separate units, this is only a mental viewpoint, convenient for functioning in our day to day life. From a higher state of consciousness, all are One, and the terms "I", "you", "he", "she" and "they" are not real. There is only the One Spirit, Consciousness, which manifests in limitless forms and ways. The outer forms might be different, but the Spirit within them is one undivided Spirit. It is the mind, which lets us believe and feel that we are separate from others, but we are all part of the the same One Spirit manifesting and expressing itself through diffrent forms.

The concept of nonduality is not a strange or weird idea. It can be experienced and lived right here and now, no matter where you are, and without attracting anybody's attention. It is an inner state of consciousness, not an external state.

It is possible to realize the meaning of nonduality and live in nonduality, which can lead to what is termed as spiritual awakening and enlightenment, in an ashram or a cave, and it is also equally possible to do so while living in a town or city, with family and a job. All you need is a strong desire, dedication, an open mind, and the willingness to invest time and effort in pursuit if this goal.

Most people cannnot afford to leave everything behind, in order to meditate and lead a purely spiritual life. Theye need to work and support their family, and can therefore devote only part of the day to spiritual pursuits. The good news is that you can walk on the inner path of spirituality and nonduality, meditation and self realization, without abandoning your family, job or outer life style. With proper planning, it is possible to find the time and the energy for the inner work.

Meditation and walking on the spiritual path, which can lead to understanding and experiencing nonduality, can be practiced anywhere, without making external changes in your life. You can stay with your job and family, and still make spiritual progress and realize the true meaning nonduality.

Look within you, search for the source of your thoughts, where they come from, and you will start to be aware of your true essence and the consciousness beyond your mind. You will then start to understand what nonduality really is. A peaceful mind is a great help in realizing nonduality, as well as concentration, meditation, reading of spiritual literaure, and when possible, the proximity and guidance of true spiritual teachers.

The Way to Realizing Nonduality

Even if you only accept the philosophy of nonduality in theory, you stop being hurt by people and outside events. You stop giving importance to unimportant matters, and get a glimpse of the taste of real freedom. When you free yourself from the erroneous idea that you are a separate ego, happiness, joy and inner strength step into your life.

By developing the power of concentration, and through meditation and detachment the mind becomes quiet, and nonduality becomes a fact for us. Then life is lived differently and in a better way.

A practical method that Sri Ramana Maharshi has taught and advocated, and which I can vouch for from personal experience is called the "Vichara".
It is a form of meditation in which you incessantly ask yourself in your mind the question, "Who am I?"

Do not try to find the answer through the mind. Just ask the question and let the answer come from the inside. Keep looking inside yourself and asking the question, and your awareness of this "I" will increase. You will find out that as your mind becomes concentrated and silent it becomes easier to experience this inner awareness.

Do not pay attention to the ideas and answers that come from your mind. The answer comes through the intuition, as an inner certainty and knowledge. It is not the mind that KNOWS. It is the PURE CONSCIOUSNESS, your real I that knows.

If the answer comes as a thought, ask yourself whose thought it is, and where did it come from. Look inside to find its source. This source is what we are seeking in this meditation.

This kind of meditation may be practiced often, and everywhere, not just while sitting and meditating at definite times. When the awareness of this "I" increases you will find that at times you experience a kind of a silent, free consciousness, and yet be able to function normally. You will know what Oneness means.

Though on the material level you continue to function as a separate unit, you come to understand the illusion of the world, and experience through your awakened consciousness the reality of nonduality and the Oneness of the Spirit. This is spiritual awakening and enlightenment.

Going With the Flow

The expression going with the flow is a metaphor that applies to navigating a river. When we go with the flow, we follow the current of the river rather than push against it. People who go with the flow may be interpreted as lazy or passive, but to truly go with the flow requires awareness, presence, and the ability to blend one's own energy with the prevailing energy. Going with the flow doesn't mean we toss our oars into the water and kick back in the boat, hoping for the best. Going with the flow means we let go of our individual agenda and notice the play of energy all around us. We tap into that energy and flow with it, which gets us going where we need to go a whole lot faster than resistance will.

Going with the flow doesn't mean that we don't know where we're going; it means that we are open to multiple ways of getting there. We are also open to changing our destination, clinging more to the essence of our goal than to the particulars. We acknowledge that letting go and modifying our plans is part of the process. Going with the flow means that we are aware of an energy that is larger than our small selves and we are open to working with it, not against it.

Many of us are afraid of going with the flow because we don't trust that we will get where we want to go if we do. This causes us to cling to plans that aren't working, stick to routes that are obstructed, and obsess over relationships that aren't fulfilling. When you find yourself stuck in these kinds of patterns, do yourself a favor and open to the flow of what is rather than resisting it. Trust that the big river of your life has a plan for you and let it carry you onward. Throw overboard those things that are weighing you down. Be open to revising your maps. Take a deep breath and move into the current.

Let Go

Let go of everything that holds you back. Let go of people, things, situations, thoughts, ideas, concepts, disempowering beliefs that do not allow you to grow and evolve. The power of letting go of that which is not aligned with your higher self is that you leave space for more fruitful and positive experiences to come into your life.

A lot of times we complain about our circumstances or our relationships, yet we hold on to the very things and people that are holding us back and making us unhappy. We want better for ourselves, we want more passion, we want more love, we want more success and prosperity, we long for healthier relationships, etc. And we wonder why we can't achieve what we desire in life--but we have no space! We block these experiences from taking place in our lives because we are still holding on to that which is not serving us.

Today, I ask us to examine the things, people, and situations in our lives that we are having trouble letting go of. Let's make a list if we have to. Be honest with yourself. Ask your higher self if this person, job, habit, or situation is allowing you to evolve and grow. If the answer is "no," then LET IT GO. I realize there is fear in leaving something or someone we are familiar with, but that discomfort will pass, we just need to trust the process of the universe and believe that by letting go we are creating something better, even though we cannot see it yet.

You will find that as soon as you truly LET GO, new and amazing experiences start to come into your life. This happens because you have made room for it to happen. There is now space where previously there was not.

By letting go of that which holds you back, you are proclaiming to the universe that you are truly ready for all the good you deserve to flow into your life. If you keep holding on, your message to the universe is that you are NOT ready; therefore YOU are the one responsible for creating the circumstances that continually hold you back.

By completely leaving these situations, you put your soul's true desires into action and begin the momentum for positive change. You begin to move forward and upward. A lot of people think that holding on makes them strong. Actually, it's the ability to let go when you know that it is time to move on that makes you stronger.

"OF ALL STRATEGIES, TO KNOW WHEN TO QUIT MAY BE THE BEST." (Chinese proverb)

I send each and everyone of you the strength, courage, wisdom, serenity, and acceptance to move on from whatever or whomever is holding you back in life... and the power of LETTING GO. We all deserve to be joyful, prosperous, and more at peace...and this can only be achieved when we align ourselves with people and situations that promote our growth, and when we LET GO of that which does not.

This is my heartfelt message for you today.
With all the love within my soul

Balance Partners & Messengers

Reality is about the return to balance.

Balance Partners are the people you meet along the way who help you create balance in your life.

In a time of the evolution of consciousness - balance partners would be on the same frequency saying and doing things that bring the 'Ah ha!' awakening feeling...

As the program of our reality moves towards balance and closure - many will evaluate all aspects of their lives - physical, emotional, and spiritual. New connections will be forged to that end.

As you move through your spiritual journey these balance partners will come into your life at the appointed time and place - based on the activities you are guided to.

You generally attract each other by synchronicity - meaning that there is something that will be shared by both people - after which they can remain close friends or stay for a while and move on as would a teacher. The door is generally open to meet again and share in the future. They remain in our lives for a period of time after learning lessons then can freely move on without a feeling of separation and loss.

You 'attract' each other as you are on the same frequency and have things to share. The synchronicities that develop between you stagger the mind and hence raise the frequencies of both people. The recognition should be there by both partners is generally fast and fun - the connection forming quickly.

A balance partner can live near you or far away. You may never physically meet. You can talk on the phone or email with each other. Your conversations may increase from infrequent to several times in a day as you are both growing in ways that you cannot with anyone else. Events become exciting. Common interests bring you together.

They can be of any age, sex, religion - from any culture and background - come from different walks of life - the point being they have entered your life to share information and experiences with you that enhance your journey and give you the feeling of moving closer to the spiritual mission that seems to embrace your soul and tug at your consciousness.

Though most of us have experienced balanced partners in love, work, family, and with friends - spiritual balance partners take on a new hue - as they are people you generally would not have expected to connect with up until your begin your spiritual journey - which is about frequencies of friendships - that go beyond the physical. Friends up until this point are people who fit into your lifestyle but balance partners in the spiritual realms are different - and can be far more stimulating as they address the find aspects - the awakening of your journey into awareness.

Once you connect - the excitement and shared communication seems unmatched by any other person you have met to date. You speak to each other frequently as you are helping each other remember who you are.

Spiritually you enhance each other's growth. It is an exciting time as you 'trigger' each other's awareness. It is as sometimes as if one of you has half of the information you both seek and the other the balancing half. You can share dreams - synchronicities - and more.

Balance Partners do not necessarily enter your life for romance - so please do not get caught up the romantic fantasy when you and the partner become closer and you think the person is meant to be for love and to trigger - be part of - the rest of your journey in the physical. That is rarely the case. Balance is the name of the game. Romance often complicates matters and the reasons for the friendship - which soon become lost in the emotional games of both partners. As most souls will never meet their Twin Flame in the physical realms - the Balance Partner is as important as the lover.

You can have more than one balance partner at a time as no one has all of your answers. Everyone is one their unique journey and along the way - we encounter each other - if only to get information.

You can meet more than one Balance Partner in your lifetime - and generally do.

Balance Partners can be another aspect of your soul experiencing in the physical at the same time but in another body.

They can help you work on your issues as they are there to guide and enhance your experience in a positive way. But if your balance partner is emotionally unstable - you may not be able to balance them - and may have to move on as trying to balance that person creates imbalance for you in areas that were once balanced. Balance partners are there for growth and fun not create greater imbalance in your life.

The remote journeys and meditations you share can be the most memorable travels of your lifetime - if only in consciousness.

Balance Partners are often vehicles that lead one or both partners to other people to enhance their growth. This can create a 'spider-web effect' as we are all linked. Don't allow ego or petty jealousies to stand in your way.

Please remember that the function of the Balance Partner is to create balance and understanding for both of you. Make it fun and uncomplicated or it will end and you will miss whatever opportunity for growth your souls have created.

Namaste!

Namast้ or Namaskar (in Hindi, from Sanskrit nama te; Pronounced Nah-mah-stay) is a South Asian greeting originating in India, which is used when both hello and goodbye would be used in English. The meaning is quite different, however.

Sanskrit nama means "bow, obeisance, reverential salutation, adoration". Te is the dative of the personal pronoun tvam, "you". A literal translation of nama te is thus "reverential salutation to you." It is commonly accompanied by a slight bow made with the hands pressed together, palms touching, in front of the chest.

In a religious context this word can be taken to mean any of these:

The Spirit in me meets the same Spirit in you.
I greet that place where you and I are one.
I salute the Light of God in you.
I bow to the divine in you.
I recognize that within each of us is a place where Divinity dwells, and when we are in that place, we are One.
My higher energy salutes your higher energy.
In other words, it recognizes the equality of all, and pays honor to the sacredness and Ainterconnection of all, as well as to the source of that interconnection. Namaskar is the term for such greetings, and is also used as a greeting itself.

Namaste!

I honor the place in you
In which the entire universe dwells,
which is of peace, love, truth, light and beauty
And when you are in that place in you
And when I am in that place in me
We are in the same place

The gesture Namaste represents the belief that there is a Divine spark within each of us that is located in the heart chakra. The gesture is an acknowledgment of the soul in one by the soul in another. "Nama" means bow, "as" means I, and "te" means you. Therefore, Namaste literally means "bow me you" or "I bow to you."

To perform Namaste, we place the hands together at the heart charka, close the eyes, and bow the head. It can also be done by placing the hands together in front of the third eye, bowing the head, and then bringing the hands down to the heart. This is an especially deep form of respect. Although in the West the word "Namaste" is usually spoken in conjunction with the gesture, in India, it is understood that the gesture itself signifies Namaste, and therefore, it is unnecessary to say the word while bowing.

We bring the hands together at the heart chakra to increase the flow of Divine love. Bowing the head and closing the eyes helps the mind surrender to the Divine in the heart. One can do Namaste to oneself as a meditation technique to go deeper inside the heart chakra; when done with someone else, it is also a beautiful, albeit quick, meditation

Mind over Matter

Though the concept of Mind over Matter has been around for a long time, and often used in the context of yoga, our understanding of it has remained mystical and in the realm of magic and legendary fantasies. It has recently come back to light through research and discoveries in quantum physics, where the scientists doing the research have clearly seen that their powers of observation influence the outcome of their experiments. Since this has become very apparent at the level of quantum energies within the molecular structures, which are the building blocks of matter, it can only lead us to conclude that matter also is influenced by the observer. In short then, we are not just observers but also partly directing what we are observing. How mush is "partly" depends on the level of developement of the individual mind.

It has now become a reality accepted by the scientific community that our mind and consciousness are responsible for creating our "expected" experiences. Yoga has been stating this for thousands of years, and now that millions of people are practicing Hatha yoga as a fitness exercise there is an awakening curiosity about just what role our mind plays in the overall scheme of things.

Much more to be said here... stepping out from the world of Merlin, Gandalf and Harry Potter, there is a movie called: "What the Bleep Do We Know" which brings the reality of quantum physics to the public eye. If you have not yet seen this movie, Go for it.

Some of the reviews:

What the Bleep Do We Know? says that science and spirituality are not different modes of thought, but are in fact describing the same thing. And it brings the power back to the individual man and woman as it demonstrates creation as the god-like capacity of every individual.

It has been called by some theater goers The Handbook to The Matrix. Like The Matrix it shows you a greater reality behind the one we all accept as true, and you have the ability to create absolutely anything from your own thought while laughing all the way!

What the Bleep Do We Know!? is a wake-up call to the hundreds of thousands of people who are searching for a voice somewhere in this fragmented culture who have been awaiting a catalyst.

It has arrived!
This bold, funny, unique work goes to the heart of the human dilemma. It challenges and lays waste the old paradigms of thought and places responsibility squarely where it belongs - on individual human consciousness.

Most of the scientists and researchers seen in the film are renown in their fields and have done amazing work in the area of mind/body connections, or mind over matter phenomena.

THE 9 INSIGHTS OF THE WEALTHY SOUL

–by Michael Norwood

When my father was slowly progressing through the phases of a terminal
illness, as a final legacy he revealed to me a sequence of 9
extraordinary
“wealth-building” steps he nicknamed, “The 9 Insights of the Wealthy
Soul.”

On the surface, his lessons appeared to be about building material
wealth.

On a much deeper level, these insights held the secret for overcoming
our greatest challenges and achieving the highest wealth of the soul.

My father, himself, had used these same insights as an army
pilot-trainee to turn several near-crashes into soaring flights. Later,
these insights were the means through which he would raise himself up
from the devastating death of his beloved daughter - my sister.

Four years after my father’s last great lesson to me, while actually
writing a book on the subject, I awakened one morning perceiving a
profoundly deeper significance of his 9 Insights.

I suddenly understood that they are the actual stages of
“TRANSFORMATION.”

Whether you desire to transform a dream into reality, failure into
triumph, grief into grace, or a relationship breakdown into a bridge of
love and higher understanding, these universal principles are the means
you can naturally accomplish your goals.

Here is a summary of my father’s “9 Insights of the Wealthy Soul”:

Insight 1:
INSIGHT
Just as a tree begins with a seed, so too, is Insight the “seed” that
begins your transformation. One of the greatest insights is simply the
knowledge that “You Can.” You CAN overcome your greatest challenges. You
CAN transform your dreams into your own living, breathing reality. You
CAN create a new life for yourself and your loved ones.

Insight 2:
TIMING
The saying “timing is everything” is not just a nice expression. Without

developing excellent timing, you will always be fighting the natural ebb

and flow of the universe. Just as most seeds sprout on a particular day
in springtime, YOU can develop the ability to recognize the precise day
of spring for all you do.

Whether asking for a raise, launching a business venture, or bringing up
a
difficult subject to a friend, loved one or business partner, your
ability
to recognize the often brief moments of maximum opportunity will
determine how much success and balance you achieve.

Insight 3
PATIENCE
Only humans are impatient. Seeds do not attempt to turn into trees in
winter. Eagles don’t try to soar during rainstorms. And Mayflowers do
not blossom in August. Developing patience - your ability to wait for
the right moment in your life cycle to accomplish a particular task or
goal - is all important to develop excellent timing and great success.

Insight 4
SURRENDER
What must you do to let go of your need to control things? How can you
let go of your past mistakes and history that may be preventing you from

moving forward? How do you spiritually surrender to “the process?”

Without spiritual surrender, you will never be content, you will never
have patience and excellent timing. You will never experience the joy
and
“flow” of having the greatest business and life partner you could ever
possibly have: namely, “The Universe” and “God.”

Insight 5
GROUNDING
With strong roots, a tree will survive any storm. When YOU create a
strong foundation, your greatest efforts will withstand the many storms
and challenges you inevitably face in achieving your goals.

Grounding is what you use to nourish and nurture your goals. Grounding
is
the books, tapes, schooling, seminars, and people you surround yourself
with to support yourself in whatever you want to achieve.

Want to have a great relationship? Learn from those who already have
one. Want to earn a million dollars? Read books, listen to tapes, and
receive coaching by those who show you how. When you have ample
“grounding” to support your dreams, the challenges that come along are
merely temporary storms that ultimately make you stronger and more
highly energized.

Insight 6
BALANCE
This is a tough one, especially for the most successful people. Even
when
a tree is well developed, without regular water, sunshine and
nourishment, it will not be healthy. What must you do to balance
yourself?

How much sunshine do you get?
How much exercise do you regularly do?
How nourishing is your diet?
How much quiet time do you take on a daily basis with yourself and your
loved ones?

Life is a balancing act. Isn’t the minute, hour, day or month you save
by
working through your natural point of balance just another minute, hour,

day or month you subtract from your lifetime?

Take breaks to smell the roses along the way, and in fact, you’ll
naturally discover the universe rises up to become your partner rather
than it being you against the world.

Insights 7, 8 & 9
GROWTH automatically occurs in direct proportion to your ability to
empower yourself with the first 6 Insights.
EVOLUTION blossoms when your growth takes you to a new and higher
stage of life, unfolding a powerful Vision of your life you probably
never foresaw.
TRANSFORMATION occurs when you become something very different
than that which you started off as.
Your initial seeds of Insight becomes a tree of knowledge and
accomplishment. You are ready for something greater than achieving for
your own personal gain.

You, the student, become the teacher, the mentor, the leader. You are
the vessel of seeds to birth a new generation. You enjoy the glow of
knowing you have followed your highest path that ultimately leads you to
helping others follow theirs.

All along, you have been transforming into a balanced, wealthy and
fulfilled human being.

All along, you have been transforming yourself into a “Wealthy Soul.”

10 Things You Can Do To Produce A Quantum Leap In Your Life Fast

By Asoka Selvarajah, Ph.D

We often hear of small actions that can make a dramatic impact on our lives. Here are ten such things which, if done with determination, will produce a revolution for you physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually and financially!

1. Drink Pure Water

Our bodies are 70% water. Drinking impure water is responsible for many illnesses commonly attributed to other causes. Therefore, you should seriously consider installing a quality water filtration or distillation system.

In addition, most people go through life dehydrated. Simply drinking when you are thirsty is not enough. Moreover, tea and coffee actually dehydrate the body even further thereby making the problem worse still. Dehydration also leads to many serious illnesses. You need to drink at least 8-12 glasses of clear water every day, and preferably more.

2. Regular Exercise

Exercise can slow down, and even partially reverse, the aging process. You will suffer from fewer illnesses and have far more energy to enjoy all day long. Best of all, exercise is something you can take up and benefit from at any age. Yoga is excellent because it tones your inner organs as well as gently stretching and strengthening your muscles. Even simply walking for 15-20 minutes every day could be extremely beneficial. Consult your doctor regarding your current state of health and advice on suitable forms of exercise for you.

3. Meditation

Regular meditators often have a biological age 10-20 years younger than their chronological age! You will also be far more centered all day, more aware of your emotions, and far better able to cope with any challenge life can throw at you.

Simply sitting in a quiet place alone, closing your eyes, and following the passage of your breath as it moves in and out is a superb meditation. However, you can easily find others that can benefit and enrich your life deeply. Meditation will make you a kinder, gentler, and more patient person. It will help you to appreciate life more.

4. Forgiveness

Grudges take up brain capacity and prevent us from performing at our very best. What we focus our minds upon grows; this is true of hatred too. Therefore, it is impossible to truly achieve great things for ourselves when we have a lot of our energetic capacity tied up in negativity.

Remember that forgiveness is primarily for YOU. It frees up your energy tremendously. So forgive all grudges, no matter how old they may be, and seek reconciliation. If you find this hard, begin with the easiest ones first. Then gradually work up to the harder ones.

5. Clutter Clearance

If you want to let new opportunities into your life, you have to make room for them. Clear out the past - things you cling to that no longer serve any purpose, but which hold you back. This can be cupboards, the cellar, old clothes, old relationships, and outmoded ways of thinking. By holding on tenaciously to the past, we fail to make room for the future.

So look in your closets and get rid of things you have not used for over a year or two. Review relationships in your life and see which ones are taking you where you want to go and which ones are holding you down. Clear your desk. Clear your computer. Then let fresh air flow into your life!

6. Clear All Financial Debt & Invest

If owing nobody a cent is just a dream for you, start working today to make that dream a reality. Save 10% of your income each month to be applied towards reducing and clearing your debts.

Financial debt is one of the biggest causes of worry ever. Yet almost anyone can save 10% of their income if they put their minds to it. Do it consistently to learn the habit, and soon you'll be saving 20%. Once you've applied this to your debts, and have NO debts at all, you can't imagine how free you will feel!

7. Relationships

Almost everything we want in life will be obtained through other people. Moreover, relationship skills are amongst the most important and most desired in life. They easily more than make up for deficiencies in other areas of expertise. People who get on well with others rise faster than those who are merely good at their jobs. They are the last people to be fired; if they are, they find it extremely easy to pick up a great job elsewhere.

Hence, it is vital to learn to relate excellently to others. If you are not good in this area, all your other efforts could go for nothing. Therefore, study hard in his subject and apply the lessons you learn. Become excellent at relating to people.

8. Goals

Have clear, specific, written goals with deadlines for their achievement in every area of your life - physical, mental, emotional, career, etc. People who do are FAR more successful. People who don't are like ships adrift on the seas. A person without clear specific goals is like a ship cast adrift on the ocean without a captain or crew. The chances of it arriving anywhere specific are minimal. Yet most people live their lives like that. Make it your goal to have specific written goals in every area of your life and review them every day.

9. Daily Planning

For maximum productivity, plan each day in advance with a scheduler. Use a "To Do" list to plan what you need to get done. Prioritize these tasks in order of importance. You can rank urgent tasks as "A". Important, but not urgent, tasks as "B". Nice to do but neither urgent nor important activities as "C". Unimportant tasks as "D". Work on the category "A" tasks first until you have them all done and then work on the category "B" tasks. Delegate or throw out category "D" activities.

Develop the habit of accounting for every half hour of your time. This is what many highly successful people do.

10. Journal

A life worth living is a life worth recording. Keep a private journal where you can record events, your reactions to them, how you feel about situations, what you are learning. Keeping a journal awakens your intuition and deepens your contact with Spirit.

Soul Mates and Twin Flames

Soul Mates are souls we have met and lived with in many life times. They have been our lovers, spouses, mothers, fathers, sisters, brothers, teachers, students, friends, and family, or even our enemies, victims, or tormenters. We contract with these souls to return to earth together for greater learning and growth.

Twin souls, also called Twin Flames or Twin Rays, are the other half of your soul. This is based on the belief that we are all parts of the Divine Being, God, All That Is, Source, Spirit, Creator. The Divine Being, in order to experience Its Self, divided into many souls, each in turn divided into many others and many others. The final splitting of the many neutrally gendered souls created male and female halves of a whole, the Twin Soul.

Soul Mates

We have many soul mates, the first larger splitting of souls. These souls resonate with us and there is a comfort in that recognition. We evolve and reincarnate with these souls through many lifetimes, learning lessons in our many unions and partings, you can say on some level we are all soul mates one with another, learning and growing together. Not all these lessons are loving or comforting as lessons in forgiveness and unconditional love are challenging. Sometimes we are the "victim", and sometimes we are the "darkness" that shows another soul their light. This is where freewill and choice comes into the "game", how we react or perceive our relationships. Someone can come into your life and cause you much pain and suffering, this is a soul contract between you to grow and evolve in love and forgiveness. This is one perception of karma, and one that will free you from the karmic cycle of "I kill you, now you kill me" type of karmic dance some souls are involved in for many lifetimes. You break the cycle by acting rather than reacting, by freeing the ego from the soul and learning to love and forgive even in suffering.

Our greatest joy and our greatest pain are both conceived in these soul mate relationships, our feelings intensified by our soul connections, whether for good or bad. You can often spot a soul mate or karmic relationship by "love at first site" or "revulsion at first site", depending upon the lessons you've contracted to learn from this soul.

One can live a lifetime in joy and harmony with a resonant soul mate, and this a beautiful, but rare gift.

Becoming "Whole" Before "Two" Becomes "One"

It is said that one does not meet their Twin Soul or Twin Flame until they have learned many lessons of love, loss and forgiveness through close Soul Mate relationships, that the heart is made resilient and strong through pain and loss, and must be so to face the intensity of being with the other half of their soul.

Many people who have met their Twin Soul had experienced a "Dark Night of the Soul", or a major spiritual transformation just prior to meeting, or upon meeting this soul. It's almost as if you need to be "emptied out" emotionally, spiritually and mentally as a test of your spirit. Meeting your "other half" can be a magical, maddening experience that opens your perceptions. Some experience an opening of their psychic awareness as their heart expands in this unbounded and unconditional love. The fact is, your life will not be the same, and whether you perceive this as a gift or a curse is the challenge of your soul's evolution. The Twin Soul connection is always a triad involving the Divine Spirit/All That Is, two people connected by soul, connected to God.

Before one can physically unite with their Twin Soul, one must do the conscious work of healing and becoming whole within their self. Twin Soul love cannot exist in a codependent, ego-based relationship, or from a perceived "need" that the other person will make you whole. Both must often face separations while they strengthen their own connection to Spirit and find their strength and purpose on their own.

Each half will find balance in their male/female, yin/yang before union. When both halves of the Soul become strong pillars on their own, have healed and resolved karmic ties in the present life, then they can unite to fulfill their Divine purpose, but the challenges do not end. There is an intensity that can be frightening when dealing with your mirror, your weaknesses and strengths magnified, unresolved issues and wounds painfully open to push you to further healing, or cause ego to run from the relationship in fear. It's important for Twin Souls to find their greater purpose, whether it's a task they will accomplish together, or alone, there will be work to be done.

Some Twin Souls do not unite physically here on Earth, and the relationship may last a lifetime on the spiritual level alone, while one or both may be living physically with another soul in karmic agreement. Some Twin Souls other halves are not even on the Earth plane at the same time and will offer guidance and comfort from beyond as a "guardian angel".

Psychic Connections and Synchronicity

Psychic and spiritual connection with your twin soul is intense and profound. Many experience a feeling of connection in a matrix of golden white threads of light, whether consciously or in a dream state. Some have strong psychic connection with their twin, feeling their thoughts embrace them mutually in an ecstatic place of comfort and bliss. You may feel your twin's pain and suffering in heart-wrenching anguish. Often physical symptoms are shared between twins, simultaneous nosebleeds, headaches, body aches are confirmed by both twins.

synchronicity: the coincidental occurrence of events and especially psychic events (as similar thoughts in widely separated persons or a mental image of an unexpected event before it happens) that seem related but are not explained by conventional mechanisms of causality; used especially in the psychology of C. G. Jung
Synchronicity plays an important part in twin soul meetings... I like to say that synchronicity is God's way of getting your attention. You may find similar experiences in the same time frames before you even met, marriages, births, divorces, illnesses. You may find that you had lived as neighbors in totally different towns at some point in your lifes or vacationed in the same country at the same time.

11:11 and Twin Souls

One of the most intriguing messages of synchronicity has to do with the numbers 11:11, you may find those numbers jumping out at you from digital clocks, restaurant receipts, license plates, phone numbers and such.

"The appearance of 11:11 is an always beneficial act of Divine Intervention. It tells you that it is time to take a good look around you and see what is real and what is illusory. It's time to pierce the veils of illusion which keep us bound to an unreal world. You have been chosen, because you are ready, to step into a Greater Reality. To lead the way for others into a new way of living, into a Greater Love. To ascend from duality into Oneness. The 11:11 is the bridge between duality and Oneness. It is our pathway into the Unknown. " from Solara & the 11:11
In numerology, the numbers 11 and 22 are master numbers, numbers that have their own unique meanings before being broken down into 2 and 4 respectively. In numerology the number 11 is often considered the number of the "spiritual messenger", a number of spiritual illumination signifying a channel for the information between the "higher" and "lower", a connection between conscious and unconscious, heaven and earth, yin and yang, male and female. Two "ones" joined, that make the pillars to the heavenly gate. The vibration and message of "two into one" and "ones' into two", the power of "one" twice amplified ... this is a perfect symbol of the twin soul.

Many twin flames have experienced this phenomena of 11's in birthdates, numerology, dates of meeting and such, and constantly receive the same 11:11 messages. I believe it can only be a symbol of the greater work that twin souls have been united on this earth to do.

How Do You Know if You've Met Your Twin?

Meeting the "other half of your soul" is generally so life changing and profound that this question is unnecessary.... you just know. Twin souls will both recognize this extraordinary bond, whether they are evolved and whole enough to acknowledge and act upon it is another thing. Meeting with your twin soul brings about an internal spiritual revolution, a deeper connection and understanding of the Divine and the Universal Oneness, this is the greatest gift of knowing your twin. Twin soul love is not to be confused with an obsessive/compulsive disorder, it's not a desire to "possess" another, but truly a challenge to love unconditionally and without expectation, to be whole and complete within yourself before joining with the other whole and complete side of your soul. The longing and desire to be with your twin soul is intense, but through growth and perception can be seen as the greater longing to join with the Divine, and that is the true lesson, you are two halves of a much greater whole.

When you meet your twin, there will be no "game-playing" or manipulation, you will have the need to be transparently honest in your relationship and communication with one another. If there is karma from past lives to work out between you, it will be apparent and consciously worked out. If you or your twin is committed to another relationship, you will respect and honor that bond and realize the tests of unconditional love. Meeting your twin soul challenges you to grow spiritually, heal mentally, emotionally, physically, and to see beyond time, ego, and physical limitations. You will be driven with the desire to be the best manifestation of your soul on earth. This is not a relationship of hearts and flowers, but one that will be tested in fire and will endure beyond time and space.

I need to caution that all of these signs are not "proof" of meeting the other half of your soul, very often we are challenged by the meeting of a "near twin" or karmic soul mate that can mirror all these signs. In my own experience, the man I believed with my entire being of being my twin flame, turned out to be a karmic soul mate, and one of the most painful lessons of my life. Thus, this article has been rewritten eliminating some of the original text. After these few years of reflection, I've come to see that there are no guarantees in life, in all our lessons we are called to learn unconditional love, compassion and forgiveness, a meeting with a karmic soul mate can be the ultimate test of your spiritual evolution. Many people have written me, asking me to somehow confirm their belief that they have met their twin soul. There is no confirmation until the ultimate reunion with Divine Source, until then the greatest message I have received is, "Do not fear being "wrong."

In other words, if we are so determined to believe that this or that certain person is our twin, we tend to become blinded to the rest of the lessons in life. Life is about love in all forms, how can we truly grow without trusting in the wisdom of the Universe to bring to us those which will teach us best? Love is not about expectation, love is without condition, but relationships on this Earth are all about conditions. I would advise anyone who believes they have met their twin, yet is in such pain from that meeting, that perhaps the time for union is not right, or that they are enmeshed in a karmic soul mate or "near twin" relationship. Only in "letting go" can we be prepared to receive what is truly ours. There are some that believe the "reunion" with our twinflame is truly within, that we carry the essence of our beloved within our soul, and we are challenged to manifest that love in all we do, without attachment, without expectation, we become ONE.

Energy Cords & Soul Power‏

In order to live a completely soul filled energetic life, to give it all that you have to offer, and to be all that you can be, you must first have all of your soul power intact.

Don’t forget, we’re all made up of energy, so as energetic beings, we have what’s known as energy chords, which we constantly emanate, consciously or unconsciously. When you focus and direct your thoughts and energy on a particular person, place, object, situation, or even an uncompleted project, you’ll begin to establish an energetic cord with whatever you’re focusing on.

As you send your energy there and focus on it, the bigger and stronger the cord becomes. In turn, what happens is that your energy attaches itself to the object of your attention, so that your precious resource seeps away from your own soul, where it’s most needed. I’m sure that you’ve heard of the expression "giving your power away?” Well that’s exactly what happens. Not only are you giving your power away, creating a soul leakage, but you also become energetically involved, once this energy connection has been established.

Energy Cords & Soul Power

This week, ask yourself: “Is there anyone or anything that’s draining my power and sapping my energy?” “Where in my life are there cords that need to be severed?”

Make a list of whatever or whoever is draining you, irritating you, upsetting you, or even issues you may be unclear about. These could be in any area of your life such as: personal, work, relationships, home, etc. Break down the list in to categories and go through them one by one. Making this list is an important step. You’ll start noticing where your energy is going, and you’ll be able to make decisions that are more informed if you choose to cut the cord and deal with it. It’s amazing when you start cutting, as you’ll get your energy back. In so doing, you’ll begin healing all of you.

Here are a few examples of potential draining energy cords:

– Family –

– Unhealthy diet –

– No exercise –

– The health check-up you keep putting off –

– Relationship issues never being addressed –

– Uncompleted projects (personal, home, work) –

– Unresolved finance issues –

– Excessive worrying –

– Taking on the problems of a friend –

Now, it’s time to get your energy moving in the right direction and take a long hard look at your life. Start by noticing the next time you interact with different people in your life: are they giving you energy or are they taking it away? Is there an even exchange? There should be a balance of giving and receiving energy from each other. I want you to become more consciously aware of when and where you give away your power, the power that infuses your soul – power that’s meant for you.
