10 Points of Initial Balance

1. Recognize everything exactly as it is at this time.

2. Accept situations you cannot change.

3. Begin immediately to change what you can change.

4. Make new solid foundations and realistic goals.

5. Nurture those goals daily and refuse any negative influences.

6. Have complete faith in yourself. Believe in yourself.

7. Take a new interest in your physical health.

8. Accept who you are and understand your own needs.

9. Remember why you are doing these things. Remember your desire to develop spiritually, and take full command.

10. Balance is the key, balance in everything.
